Cons Viewpoint does NOT work. According to one of the techs at Viewpoint, they had a vendor drop out that was creating their system. So instead of putting a pause on selling their product, they instead create a system that is half baked and just above the threshold of usable. The rep thought they would have the new solution on December 2023, but its May of 2024 with still no new solution. Anytime we try to modify any changes to permissions, the whole system breaks, permissions deleted, and we cannot add or remove any. We need to get a rep to modify any permissions for any folders. Now, while trying to get this problem fixed, our case was marked as a software issue, and "We will get back to you once we have solved the problem". We cannot work. Avoid this company at all costs Pros Nothing about this software is good. They are driven by aggressive sales techniques with only one goal in mind to sell you something not fit for purpose Cons They just do anything they can to convince you to buy the product then once they have your signature on the contract the issues start coming out. The softwares flaws start coming out after they integrate but then it’s too late, attempt to cancel the contract and they just leave you stuck with it.
