I encourage you to easily find the answers to the topics and comments in the forums. In just minutes we had the material for the users. Cons The client had limited resources and decided to dispense with the tool due to its high cost. Still, it is still an effective tool. Pros Very easy to install, intuitive design. Very simple to start and pause surveys and review data quickly. Had a technical issue and the CEO responded personally to resolve it - top notch support. Cons It's hard to find something I don't like about this software. The features work as specified. The only issue we had was with wildcards and it was resolved via support.
