Business Analyst Used the software for: ### "Gets the job done but leaves a lot to be desired" April 1, 2015 3.0 Sucessfactors gets the job done however not very well. The site is slow and searching for anything is cumbersome. Keywords bring back too many options to choose from, they don't narrow anything down. It sends too many email reminders once registered but then none before the event. The management functionality is decent, it allows batch assignments which has been a useful tool. Creating course offerings and scheduling is easy and very straightforward. From a user perspective it is not appealing, the notifications never seem to go away and there is continual maintenance requiring outages every week. Review Source JM James M. There is functionality particularly with Executive Review that is not offered by other vendors. The goal and Performance modules are highly configurable and equal to anything else offered on the market. The user interface is better than what I have experienced working with other vendors/products. Cons ATS still is lagging the other leaders in the segment. The system provide a full range of HR solutions : learning management system (LMS), performance solution, recruiting assets, applicant tracking platform, talent management, succession planning, and HR analytics. Cons Perhaps the weakest points of SuccessFactors solution are the price, I thing it´s expensive, depending on number of modules and user. The support service is slow sometimes. I do like the suggested text, that makes the process even faster. Cons The formatting is cumbersome and the directions for completion aren't very clear.
