We were looking for an all in cloud solution for goal setting and performance reviews. Success Factors fits the bill. Pros Excellent collaboration functionality. No need to export spreadsheets or word docs. Everything can be done in the app itself. Cons As with many web based tools, the UI is a bit clicky. Would like to see improvements in the area of being able to use keyboard shortcuts more.
