### "SuccessFactors has Room for Improvement"

Overall SuccessFactors is adequate in reviewing my job requirements, extra learning opportunities, or profile specific information. It's a bit difficult to navigate and once you've been to the place you need to go it's best to bookmark it as it may be cumbersome to get back to that spot.

Pros

SuccessFactors is easy to log into (uses AD Creds) and the front page is inviting with an overview of main pages I typically need to visit.

Cons

Navigating throughout the various places I need to go can get complicated and with all the redirects it can take a bit of time for a page to load. We have learning/courses integrated within SuccessFactors and often times progress is lost or SuccessFactors doesn't register when I close out of a window.

Cons

The initial pain of setting this up takes up a lot of time and resources. Also, the SAP license is quite pricy.

This allows us to have written goals that we are able to follow-up on and are included in our PA's.

Pros

It is a centralized place for goals, development plans, training videos, signing up for classes, and writing performance appraisals. It is easy to use and lets me do everything I'd need to. It also has suggested goals and sentences for PA's.

Cons

There are multiple ways to get to the different places so it can be a little confusing.

Pros

All-in-one tool that allows employees, managers, and HR to process all information, one stop shop. Measures metrics, weighted goals, etc. for annual and semi-annual goals. Setup to send any alerts or updates directly to email inbox.

Cons

Performance and objective goals can easily be mixed up. Once a goal is submitted, it cannot be deleted only edited (could be preset by my company).

In generale è utilissimo per la gestione del personale, ha molte funzioni e dettagli che in altri softwere non trovi. Come facilità d'utilizzo si potrebbe lavorare per rendere l'esperienza utente più fluida.

Pros

L'ho utilizzato per la gestione dei talenti, in particolare gestione del processo di performance. Molto ben fatta la struttura in step che segue le diverse fasi del performance management.

Cons

Grafica poco moderna e tecnicamente macchinoso. E' poco immediato e ci vuole parecchio tempo per entrare in confidenza con lo strumento.

I have not had any issues and its a great tool for perofmrnace tracking. The look needs a change almost seems rushed and boring.

Pros

I like that you can cascade different objectives to different people and that its easy to use. I love how you can track performance and keep files on employees

Cons

I wish it was easier to use. I think the menus may need some work, perhaps across the top instead on a drop down. The look also needs to be updated. i find it very boring

I liked the various types of integration that the product provides, integration with its own tool and various other different tools also.

Cons

Sometimes while uploading bulk user data, the system crashes frequently. Also the reporting part of the product is a bit lagging behind its other competitors.

Pros

Success factors has a very unique feel to it that is easy and intuitive to navigate. There's not much you need to do in terms of learnings or trainings (at least in my case), as you can pick up most of what you have to do just by fiddling around within the UI. It's responsive, you can customize the layout to correspond with company logos/colors, and it integrates with excel imports/exports which is a feature I use often when im doing bulk changes.

Cons

I enjoy most features of the product, I haven't had a hard time doing anything, and the few times I had the support was able to help me. The one thing I'm not too keen on is the layout on some sections of the product. Some pages don't always make good use of the layout, this leaves some pages with excessive blank space, and some pages look a little cluttered. This is by no means bad to the point of unusability, just a little nitpicky in terms of UI design.

Pros

Robust system with a lot of features; use it mostly for learning management systems (LMS). I've used simpler, more user-friendly systems in the past, but once you get through the learning curve there's a lot of customizability to the product.

Cons

With all the available functions, it takes some time to learn the nuances of the system. Back-end is quite clunky and not very clean and user-friendly. Functions can be found in multiple areas causing you to have to check multiple locations.

It's a time consuming process to self-evaluate yourself but SuccessFactors gives you the tool to do it.

Pros

You can copy from the previous year and populate the current year form.

Cons

I'm not certain if it's a design of the product or the employer customized design that you could not rebut your manager's specific comment. Instead, you could write a statement at the end of the review, not where the manager's comment appeared.

I had a good experience overall. I do not use it everyday so I can easily do away with UI/UX look and feel as it is fast and simple

Pros

We use this software for tracking leaves, performance only. Its easy to use. The profile page shows and extensive view or all possible details which is a good thing. All in one place. Leave application and tracking is also simple.

Cons

The UI can be made better. It does not look very good as compared to other softwares in this category.

I would recommend the system.

Pros

Easy to use and high user adoption rate and we had no major implementation issues. We implemented Workforce Analytics in 6 months and was very pleased with the outcome.

Cons

You need customer preferred service to get immediate response for support issues. Also the customization can require some work.
