We have been using HireHive (previously Zartis) for over 3 years, it's a key software management tool for us. There are a number of features that we like, its cloud based so it doesn't matter where we are located, we can log in and manage our activity. It is also very time efficient, a lot of the functionality is automated we particularly like the fact that it links to social medial sites and job boards with just one click, so that saves us huge time. Over the past year, we have seen really great improvements to the site, things like their reporting functionality is much better and you can now run a variety of reports of the data that is there, and even display it in graphic format, so nice images for our reports to clients. So far candidates seem to find it easy to operate too which is really important for us.

Pros

We can list a number of pros to using Hirehive, certainly one of the things is that it is very cost effective, so it makes good sense to use it for even a few jobs. We have used it to hire over 100 peole in the past year and it certainly can cope with high volume activity - obviously we've managed thousands of CV through it. Another good thing about is the dashboard summay, you can see where you are on each job you have open at a glance and then can click into a role for more data if you need it. The automated list to job boards and to social media sites is a bit thing too - saves huge time for us so that definitely a positive.

Cons

a lot of the cons have been ironed out over the past year, as they have made really good improvements to a number of the areas.

Possibility to share Notes and make them restricted in case of need.

Cons

Non-existing category of reviewers category who don't see the Notes (peers). Non-existing possibility to move a candidate from different Hire Hive account (country). Non-existing possibility to hide candidates that I don't want to see. Too few colors to distinguish between different types of statuses.

After requesting a trial of HireHive 6 months ago. I decided after a brief run through of the system, that this was exactly what I was looking for as Recruitment Manager of Westbourne IT. We cancelled our subscription to our previous candidate management system and signed up. HireHive makes managing the interview process easy and transparent for all our admin users and hiring managers. It allows me to send emails directly to candidates at the click of a button based on whether we are progressing or regretting them. All email templates can be customised to our liking. HireHive is the best recruitment tool that I have used and would highly recommend it.

Pros

Love the flexibility around upgrading my current plan, we have the option to change this on a monthly basis. Very easy to add new candidates to the system that have come through a different job board. Very intuitive and easy to use. The support team are always online to answer any questions I have had in the past.

Cons

Would be great if the system would flag duplicate email addresses. Sometimes candidates can apply to the same job a number of times if I renew a post.

We moved all of our Recruitment needs onto Hirehive and therefore eliminated free trials and subscriptions with other companies. It was much more cost effective doing this and we had a number of employees at multiple sites comfortably using the system. Would definitely recommend.

The platform is easy to navigate through and use Multiple users allows other colleagues to be involved in the recruitment process & help manage candidates Support is given very quickly and efficiently when you raise an enquiry

Would be useful if you could group some of the job adverts into categories in future

The system was super fast to set up and learn. We didn't want to invest a lot of time in a new system so this was important for us. We've been using it for about 3 years and wouldn't be able to manage our recruitment without it.

Pros

Easy to use. Low cost. Does what it says on the tin.

Cons

Replying to notes and emails from candidates could be made easier.

Hirehive is the great ATS that gives you all the functionality that you need for your internal HR system (referrals) as well external system where you can post instantly on dozen relevant job boards in our case IT, and get immediately dozen applicants within a couple hours. So far there was no technical problems and no bugs so it looks reliable

Pros

We like the speed and realibilty as well as the UI. Publishing of the new roles takes 30 seconds to become live so need to waiting for a long time. Also applicants can be tag very easily in system and you can see their CV immeditaly in browser rather than downloading and then openning again. So in over all HireHive is fast, clean ,reliable and functional and I don't know what else you need to have in order to do your work. Also it's affordable.

Cons

Probably you should add more features in system ( like calling from browser,video,forecasting)

I've really enjoyed using Hirehive as an individual contributor. It's got a great user experience on the recruiter side while also creating a strong candidate experience. The interface is intuitive and easy to understand, with strong customization options in almost every area of the platform so the entire system can be set it up for how your team best operates. At the individual level too, customization options allow you to work as you do best - I can create my own private email templates, etc. On the candidate side, a simple process to submit an application is important when considering capturing talent. The Hirehive team has reliably provided support, updates, resolved any bugs quickly, and has been very receptive to feedback from our team.

Pros

\- Really great interface and UI: very clean looking, easy to visually navigate, friendly enough for anybody to jump into a recruiting team or into a specific requisition and clearly know exactly what's going on. - Strong customization: you can create templates for emails scalable across your entire team or private to yourself, with variables such as candidate name / job title that make it easy to process applications without much manual input. Can schedule out emails to send in the future. Can customize specific 'buckets' to move candidates through within each requisition. Can create custom tags that stick to applicants. I've almost never run into a situation where I've felt like, "wow I wish I could do that!" as almost everything can be adjusted/customized. - Sharing friendly: can easily add people not in the system into interview invites, share profiles and resumes with them, etc. and for teammembers in the system it's even better - copy/pasting URLs work for sharing, plus a tagging system. - Support: the Hirehive team is readily available for support and resolving any issues that arise - quickly too typically. Very open to our feedback and have implemented things we've suggested. - Easy candidate experience: applications are EASY to submit! one page lists the entire application - candidate's don't need to re-type their whole resume like in some systems, customizable questions. Helps capture talent and avoid losing them to a frustrating application.

Cons

\- Emails sent through Hirehive come across as a random combination of numbers and letters as the email address. This routes everything through Hirehive which is great for tracking, but can be confusing to candidates who don't understand they can reply to the email, or just end up in spam. - Candidates can re-apply to the same role repeatedly.

I believe the experience with HireHive is good so far. I would like to be able to manage HireHive through my mobile phone. Release an App would be very important. With a few improvements in the platform, I believe Hire Hive will be the best choice for candidate tracking and recruitment management for my business. Thank you for your support so far, Kevin. 1- The customer service is very good, promptly responding to our queries, and genuinely dedicated to helping us and solving our difficulties in using Hire Hive. 2- AI-to write job posts. 2- Easy to track and control applications. 3- Possibility to advertise in many places and multilingual. 4- Application Form - good tool 5- Careers page 6- Hiring Team

Cons

1- Advertisements - My advertisements are not reaching out to the public that I need. 99% of applications are coming from my social media posts. Instagram and Facebbok. I was told that I need to modify my adverts in order to be visible on the jobs board, Indeed, etc. But I do not know the criteria. Would be good if we had a direction or autocorrection when the system could identify errors that will not be acceptable in Indeed, and other job boards, for example. In my resume, I would like to write down a job post that would be posted and accepted on multiple and multilingual job platforms at once. We have no time to write a job post and track if it is visible on the job board. For my type of business. I would like to be able to select the countries I would like to advertise, the language specific for each country, and the region or cities of the country I would like to reach. Because at the moment, I am sure the adverts are not showing to the public what I need. 2- Sharing candidate's profile: I would like to be able to share with my clients a short profile of my candidates besides a copy of their video clips. Set up a short profile of the candidates to share specific pieces of information about candidates ( not a full profile). For example show only his first name, date of birth, marital status, city where he lives, job applied for, functions and skills, years of experience, avoiding full name, and contacts. 3- Inbox emails: two things: First: Responding to emails through my email account, it does not show in the Hire Hive platform. There was a lack of information when many emails were exchanged. Second: I would like to feel safe on deleting an email in my email account so that it would not be deleted on Hire Hive. Because I prefer to have everything in control through Hire-Hive.

### "Best ATS I've seen"

The biggest benefit to me as the sole recruiter in my company is the time the platform saves me in terms of communicating with candidates and internally with Hiring Managers. My policy is to respond to every single candidate that applies to us here at CurrencyFair, and Hirehive allows me to do send a personalized email, with the relevant tailored message to each candidate, with only a few clicks.

Pros

Hirehive is by far the best recruitment system I've experienced in terms of ease of use. It's clear the team at Hirehive care about the UX from the perspective of both the Candidate and Recruiter, and they are committed to ensuring users have the least amount of clicks to perform tasks, which pleases me! And best of all is that it is both configurable and customizable at Admin level; something you don't always get with this kind of software, giving me full control over how my hiring managers use the system, and how I categorize my candidate pipeline. At a basic functionality level, it does exactly what a good ATS should do, but there are little extras that make my life much easier so I can get on with the other element of my HR role. Some of my favorite product features include: I can move candidates between jobs if I think an applicant is more suited to a different role. At a glance, the pipeline is very clear to see per role, so I can clearly see what stage I'm at for each role. Quick and easy reporting which means I don't have to do any analysis at my end to gather insights. I can respond to candidates via email and HH will track this. Quick and easy to make notes on candidates and attach files. This might sound like a standard feature but I've used other systems that haven't supported this. I can shortlist with just one or two clicks. Setting up interviews is easy and intuitive from an admin perspective and also for the hiring manager.

Cons

There may be some work required to make the mobile version a little easier to navigate - perhaps some bugs here

within the last two years I witnessed several improvements. Appreciate. In order that I highly can recommend it you need to work on the "cons", especially reporting :-)

Pros

\*the overview of stages and the sub-status within the status \*GDPR is covers and anonymity automatized \*different user rights and setting - this is great and really flexible! \*look and feel of job list (this covers our Corporate Branding Identity) \*filter possibilities of job list \*the notes section and that you can now have a layout \*the notification possibility in the note section

Cons

\*reporting, facts and figures \*no Corporate Identity in e-Mails (wish look and feel set up functions like in Outlook Mails (Font size, color, font type, bulleted lists in CI design....) at the moment it looks unprofessional \*no attachments on default basis \*it does not show how old an application is ("applied 14 days ago.. would be cool to see that) \*the history does not show the complete history (sent e-Mail, made a commend, ... this is missing)

Pros

They are concerned with the UX for both recruiters and candidates. It allows us to evaluate the technical background and observe the candidate's communication style. It is a user-friendly platform that enables quick and visual management of the candidates. I enjoy how simple it is to get started; with only a few clicks, your job can be published.

Cons

The mobile version of the platform can be better. They should also create additional pre-boarding and onboarding tools, in my opinion.

### "The No Nonsense ATS"

We were looking for a solid ATS to post our vacancies on, through which we could share them on linkedin and other social media platforms. Hirehive is a great option because it automatically posts all your jobs on job boards and ensures all applications are stored safely in the system. It is easy to use, cheap and intuitively built. I highly recommend it to any company who needs to structure their recruitment processes and comply with GDPR.

Pros

\-The tool's simple structure and layout make it very easy to use and very intuitive. -It comes at a very affordable price making it ideal for companies of any size. -The reporting metrics are basic however they do cover the essential information. -Their staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. -They are very happy to incorporate feedback!

Cons

It doesn't have any of the fancier attributes of modern ATS' (automated push notifications to get back to candidates, advanced and predictive analytics, etc) but if one plans their work properly this is no real obstacle.

### "My Review for Hire Hive"

Prior to Hire Hive we were using multiple spreadsheets to record CV's received and sent on to the hiring managers. The system has eliminated 4 spreadsheets so far and hours of administration to get accurate metrics. Hire Hive has also given us the transparency we needed between the HR dept. and the Hiring Managers.

Pros

I like the fact that a candidates, full story is available on one page. The fact that we can upload adhoc applications is also great so we can have accurate metrics for reporting purposes.

Cons

I would like to be able to send a batch of CV's to a hiring manager rather than have to send them individually. I would also like an automated email sent to the candidate when they are progressed along the pipeline.

Pros

You can easily add your candidates and see what stage they are at in the process immediately. The design is great and everything you need to manage the candidates is in one place. Customer support are also amazing and always there to help. The tips on the website are also very helpful. Another thing I love is that HireHive automatically posts your job ad onto several sites which means you don't have to, adding the job to one site saves so much time.

I have been using HireHive as an internal ATS tool at Zartis. It is easy to navigate, communicate with candidates and my colleagues and handle vacancies on job boards. Comparing to other ATS I used previously, HireHive is very easy to understand even for people who have never worked with this kind of software.

Great design, all features you need to handle candidate's applications are available, very easy and fast to navigate.
