It was easy to setup, and whenever I ran into a snag, their excellent customer support was able to get us pointed in the right direction. There are a lot of competitors in the space, and Viur is a great balance of value for the money and feature set. The drag and drop functionality is incredibly simple to use and for those who want to dig a bit deeper there is a built in sql editor which feels right at home for those regularly working on sql. Another favorite of mine is the layout of the dashboards and expanding and minimizing widgets to your desire. Speaking of widgets, it is great to have created a widget and have the ability to use it across multiple dashboards. Overall this software can be used by anyone from a beginner to someone more advanced without a hassle. Cons The only con I have with this is that due to it's simplicity it does lack more advanced features. Features such as predictive analytics and more customization options. You need to pay a higher price in order to change the color to your companies design color for example. With it's easy to use UI, extensive data import tools and surprisingly great support we chose to work with Viur. Pedro and his team did a great job putting a BI tool out there which can easily fill in 99% of your daily reporting needs and if you think anything is missing the guys at Viur are jumping in to help you getting it done. Important side note: I'm not a developer or engineer. With just common sense I was able to build these dashboards myself. It's getting better though, and they actually listen to their customers. Cheaper than most similar products, but possibly a bit high, or limiting (2 dashboards), for small/solo businesses.
