Tenfold allows me to focus on my productivity and be confident that my follow up will be scheduled properly

Cons

There is occasional downtime, but very little. When there is downtime, it is difficult to tell if data will be entered later

Cons

The only slight complaint I have is that sometimes I have to click a phone number multiple times before it call. This happens very rarely.

Great app! Keeps me organized and working as efficiently as possible. Can't imagine going back to using a spreadsheet as CRM.

Cons

If a contact has two email addresses, it can be difficult to determine to which your saving call logs.

Pros

Tenfold is easy to use with a great interface right at your fingertips. Ease of compatibility with Salesforce is crucial. We can track activity, utilize follow-up tasks and have quick insight into inbound and outbound calls. Far superior to our previous Click to Call solution.

Cons

We see all tracking needs met with Tenfold. There are occasional outages but are few and far between!

Pros

Click to dial is a great feature as well as saving notes for a follow up . I have been using Tenfold at my current job for more than 6 months and I would say it's a great software to use at work.

Cons

Bugs and at times the program being down which slows down production. From my perspective as employee of Wayfair it works well but there are times it can be frustrating.

Ease of monitoring of call volumes and call lengths. Analytics are really useful to compare and contrast.

Pros

I think the main features we like about the product are the ease of dialling through direct click through to the ability to accurately add call notes to Sugar CRM without the need to go directly in to the record. This is really useful when we are doing a "power hour"

It makes me more productive. Keep up the good work you are definitely headed in the right direction!

Pros

I like the fact that I can see my productivity on a daily basis. It shows me where I need to improve and areas I am doing well in. I also like the automated dial feature, and the ability to reschedule a call while I am in a call, This is a real time saver.

Pros

I no longer have the good memory I once had, being able to see my last notes as a receive a call allows me to have a more personalized relationship with my customers.

Cons

It doesn't always count the right time for calls. Being in sales where you have a metric to follow on calls is important to have this feature accurate.

I enjoy that for my day to day job I can go in and track my work and progress and compare it to my teammates each day to see how I am performing.

Cons

I have noticed recently that whenever I open Tenfold it loads and then about 10 seconds later it reloads again and not that that is a huge issue it is just inconvenient.

Pros

CTD seems to always work. Great integration with Salesforce, it's really useful being able to type call notes straight into tenfold without having to edit anything in salesforce.

Cons

Sometimes struggles to properly sync to SFDC and show proper call times but that's very rare and not a big problem.

We like the fact that we know who is calling and who called that person. If in fact someone really called a certain person and inputting notes directly from the program.

Pros

This "caller ID" works in real time. The customers information pops up on screen and is very helpful, especially when the people who are calling are a bit skeptic. Inputting notes directly from tenfold is a plus and very useful. I love that I can see who the call belongs to and who the last person who spoke to the client is. Overall very useful.

Cons

A few glitches every now and then, but nothing drastic (not a game changer). The ID might not be correct and the last call might show up, however after 3 seconds it will update.

I like the simplicity of it and easy to use and navigate. Makes it quick to log notes and put information in.

Cons

The one thing is hard for me is that sometimes the buttons don't work and it makes it difficult to log your calls.

It helps keep me organized so that I can take notes in the pop out and don't have to do it somewhere else.

Pros

I like that I can go back to calls I may have made an hour ago or sometime earlier that day to go back and add notes to if I forgot to when I was on the call. That way I always know that even if I didn't keep my notes during the call that I can go back and add them to it at a later time which is very convenient for me with how busy my job can be.

Cons

Sometimes when I am taking notes on a call and another call comes in it will show up on the new call instead of the call that I am working on. Not every time but this happens sometimes

Cons

When it's down, it's not great. We loose all the functionality and it's tough to report daily metrics.

Its easy to use - it pops up, you add a little info and your tags etc. there is not much to do the product opens with the caller info and notes etc

Cons

i guess the only thing easier would be opening infusionsoft directly i need things as easy as possible - this is pretty good

Pros

I can keep on top of my office's call volume throughout the day, and they're hitting those numbers more frequently because of how easy it is to make the calls. One click to dial out, another click to leave a note, and then one last one to save it. Cuts down on time in between calls, which means more total talk time and more sales.

Cons

There are occaisonally calls to numbers that I know are in our CRM, but they don't get logged as a call by Tenfold for some reason. A little frustrating to have to go back in to the page an enter in the notes manually afterwards.

Pros

Tenfold allows me to multi task and manage a large book of business in a very seamless manner. The software has made organizing my accounts and activities much easier and in turn made my job easier. Having a customers information populate automatically when they call in has been my favorite feature, a huge time saver and allows me to know exactly who I will be speaking with when I answer the phone.

Cons

I have had to trouble shoot the plug in once or twice, but each time I've needed assistance I can always access someone on their team to help.

Overall, Tenfold has been a great value for our company. Highly recommended for call centers.

Pros

The popup allows us to keep better track of inbound, and outbound calls with ease. The API integration with SalesForce is a huge plus as well.

Cons

The history only tracks about 10 recent calls. Would be great to have access directly from the popup to track previous interactions.

Tenfold is a great tool for tracking calls. It enables us to quickly track and log calls. The click to dial feature has been the most time saving tool. We have to make lots of calls and this helps immensely!

Cons

While I do love almost everything about Tenfold, sometime the notifications can be a little bit disruptive. Minor complaint!

Pros

I love that it links to Salesforce and is so easy to use, it just pops up on the screen when someone calls or I call them. It helps me remember when I last contacted people, and tracks how long we spoke for so that my bosses can log my call time.

Cons

Like any other software, sometimes it lags or doesn't track something but that's been a rarity lately. They've definitely stepped up their software game!

being able to use our time more efficiently!

Pros

I like that we are able to log calls, and keep track of what happened on each call to look back on. I also like the click to call function, as well as the local presence function. We have noticed a huge increase in people that answer our call with the local presence feature.

Cons

I like least when tenfold stops working, but that is few and far between now. It used to happen all the time, but the bugs have definitley been fixed.
