Pros: I like the way to synchronize the files between my pc and the cloud. Is very easy to use, justo copy/paste the files that you need to upload and share. The mobile app is very useful too.

Cons: I don't now how you can do to make this software better that is. I think that is very good for the momment.

Pros: its user interface is quite friendly, very intuitive when using, the way to share with other users of my computer is great, since I can synchronize my computer with zoho docs, even upload files from my iphone. I really like that you have an online version to access my files from anywhere

Pros: Thanks to this software we have gone little by little to the digitalization of everything. It is excellent to share with the team important files for our daily functions.

Pros: I always prefer working with multi brand companies like Zoho simply because you do not need to worry about the possibility of integration of certain services that you used to work with before and now need to combine it. Zoho already has everything that you need. Talking deeply the size of the free cloud is big enough so if you are a simple user, not a company, you do not even need to pay for that. But if you will need more memory for storing your files that is also not a problem, the prices are fair enough.

Cons: Taking into account the size of this company an obvious minus emerges. Because of the enormous number of users the system of supporting works not as promptly as desirable. They help, of course, they help, but with immediate situations, you will not be likely to get help at once.

Pros: Zoho docs is great program that allows you store documents inside it with easy and secure way. It is really helpful program to upload and download any kind of documents, whenever you want you can find any kind of documents and share with anyone without any delay.

Cons: I do not have any problem with this software generally, but synchronization is pretty slow sometimes.

Overall: quite nice software, most important things is that Zoho Docs is reliable program I can recommend anybody.

Pros: I love being able to always have access to all the documents in the organization. When I do not have a new document or form I just ask someone in the office to put it in the shared folders and that's it.

Cons: Before I did not know how to access files without connection. At the moment I like everything and I have no complaints.

Pros: What I like most is the ease of sharing files with coworkers. Thanks to the cell phone application, we can easily share the documents required by the client.

Pros: I like the way we can share important files with all collaborators. It is also good to eliminate spacious file cabinets in the office. We have replaced them with folders in the cloud.

Cons: Honestly, there is nothing that I like less. It has been a great help for everyone and we love the softwares that make our work in the office easier.

Pros: Zoho Docs is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Zoho has all feature that make them more unique than their competitors. For us, Zoho is the best platform to be used for our teams in remote regions, also the data usage is much less as compared to the Google applications. Unrestricted mobility and device independence count among the major benefits of Zoho Docs. With this service, it is much easier to share documents internally within the team, and also share documents with clients.

Cons: The loading time is a lot more than Google and I think this needs to be changed. Also, the UI breaks in a lot of devices. I strictly believe that there should be a good QA needed. Also, I would like an additional protected folder function.

Pros: I really like that at any time you can access the file you need, no matter where you are, most importantly, that there will be access to the Internet. This software guarantees security, which I can lose, so as not to lose the most important information. The program gives me the opportunity not only to save files but also to receive notifications about all the changes made and about the employees who create them. Excellent, that we can manage with a very large storage space, where we can store many files.

Cons: There is one disadvantage that I did not like when the files are very large, the software takes time to synchronize it with other servers. Some sharing rules are a bit difficult to understand, but it's an excellent tool for small and medium businesses.

Pros: I have overcome the fear of losing my important files, thanks to this software I can synchronize with the cloud my important files and I can also access from my cell phone.

Cons: There is nothing that I do not like. I am very happy with this software. In my experience, if the PC is damaged, there is no problem, I just download the application, start the session and start synchronizing everything

Pros: When you offer the client a professional email and also the possibility of having a folder of your pc and that you can take it everywhere, it is what they have always needed. Excellent for archives documents or important files that you need to present always avoiding the one that you have the memory or something because you will always have it available in the cloud and at your fingertips.

Pros: In this program, I like the neat ability to connect to other employees in our team. At any time you can access the file you need, no matter where you are, the main thing is that there will be access to the Internet. The best way to store, share and monitor all our working documents in the cloud. From image to presentations and even music, movies and photos, we use all of our files, wherever we are.

Cons: The repository is not too large for the free plan of this program. I would like these developers to improve the interface of the program. When you want to copy or move a file from one folder to another, it's very inconvenient to do, because the list of folders where you want to move the file is not alphabetic. We have hundreds of folders, trying to scroll through the list without the alphabet is a big waste of time.

Our team likes that we have round-the-clock, joint access to documents. All colleagues who work remotely, often use Zoho Docs, because they can throw us their files any without problems.

Pros: We use Zoho docs because it is integrated with the rest of the Zoho suite. It makes it easy to share documents and edit as a group, which makes it easy to keep on top of which version is the master.

Pros: Zoho Docs has a surprisingly robust cloud storage offering. Dropbox integration is great, and desktop sync works well. There's even a free version that gives you 5gb/user. Pricing is reasonable as well for the paid versions.

Cons: Zoho has their own integrations that allow you to edit docs in the cloud, but not as robust as Microsoft's/Google's offerings.

Pros: We use zoho docs in my company for everything and google docs charges for the same features in their business plan but zoho gives it for free

Cons: Nice very close to what google docs provide but at times the loading time is a lot and slow performance when using zoho spreadsheet, formulas are not as good as google docs

Overall: Its free alternative of google docs, docs spreadsheet i use it almost daily and sharing it with others is also very user friendly and hence i use it within my company team

Pros: If you need an easy service to create documents on the Internet and access them from different devices, then Zoho Docs might help. In it, I found all the features I need to work, including word processing, spreadsheets and presentations.
Pleased with the fact that it is free.
Clear, ad-free, with Google apps integration, single sign-on, media support (music, photos, videos), unlimited number of users and collaboration.

Cons: Only 1 GB of space, maybe for someone will not be enough. And Zoho writer has quite limited programming functions.

Overall: To create documents on the Internet and access them from different devices.

Pros: This software has it all. It integrates very well and is a one stop shop for HR, Project Management and much much more. The file sharing is easy to use and works well. I also like the ability to create docs and spreadsheets with in the software.

Cons: In the creation portion of the software the spread sheet formulas could use some more advanced formulas. The basics are there but I am not able to get some more advanced formulas to work.

Pros: I love that with ZOHO Docs, you can save, edit and send documents of any origin, which is something that competitors lack , additionally i like the simultaneity collaboration which helps everyone to stay in the loop on tasks big and small.

Cons: The only complaint i have about this software is that after adding larger files , we found that sometimes the loading became slower but that is the only issue i've experienced

Overall: The ability to edit and track edits in one place for a variety of document types.

Pros: Ease of use and cost which allowed us to do most of what we wanted even with the free version. Also worked on on mobile.

Cons: No major issues but we eventually chose to move away from this and use the built in documents functionality within zoho crm (which we already use)

I utilize ZoHo docs for rapid file sharing and collaborating.

Pros: ZoHo makes file sharing and collaborating a breeze. It works across all devices I've utilized and the cloud based functionality makes it flexible enough for a workforce across state lines and in the field.

Cons: I wish the collaboration feature allowed a "roll back" function for when changes are made by specific users. For instance, if two users have modified the document but only one needs undone, I'd like to be able to undo changes by user rather than by time as the traditional "undo" feature works.

Overall: ZoHo Docs allows me to work with my team, wherever they are, with collaborative efforts on excel for data analytics or sales calls using marketing material.

I have been extremely pleased with Zoho Docs. It's a perfect alternative to Google Docs.

Pros: It functions very similarly to Google Docs, which I have grown accustomed to. As an added benefit, Zoho offers free business accounts, comparable to Google's G Suite, which is no longer free.

Cons: The main drawback to this software is that it doesn't have the following the Google Docs has, which makes the pool of possible collaborators/people I shared documents with significantly smaller. Almost everyone these days has at least one Google account, so sharing is easy, but very few people that I collaborate with have Zoho.

Overall: Easy word processing and document creation, stored conveniently in the cloud.

Pros: Robust email marketing tools. Web forms for gathering leads. Comprehensive reporting. Integrates well with other Zoho products, Google Apps. Inexpensive. Functional free edition available.

Cons: Requires a lot of customization at the outset. Limited customer support. Mobile apps have limited functionality

Overall: Zoho is a great tool but its drab interface offers plenty of emails, reports, I recomend to use this software.

If there is a cloud document editing which is simple & easy Its ZOHO DOCS.

Pros: Zoho is the best cloud platform for small & large business apps are connected & you can easily share & collaborate with single key management.

Cons: Zoho docs UI is somehow old one they must use ribbon like MS office does in its applications, some time it crashes when you have slow connection.

Overall: I can easily collaborate with others share documents also something like group editing.

It's not Microsoft, but a close second

Pros: I love Microsoft and have used the office suite since high school (20+ years). I've always purchased the Office Suite for new computers, and we use them on work computers. But then we got a server at work and even though each employee already has Office on their computers, each employee accessing the server needs an additional license purchased on the server. And I've got about 15 people accessing the server, and there was no way I was paying to put all those licenses on the server. So we went with Zoho Docs and it works great. We're saving a ton of money and the programs have similar features.

Cons: If you're used to Microsoft Office products, Zoho Docs is similar but just a little different. Once you get used to the differences, it works great. I do miss some of the add-on plugins I use in excel (like ASAP utilities) but that's about it.

Overall: I really appreciate having an affordable alternative to Microsoft Office. It does everything we need, but without the high cost of installing Office on our server.

Comments: This really streamlines processes and helps with workflow management - easy to set up and very straightforward. There is not a big learning curve to use the product as there are with similar products

Pros: Integrates well with the other products

Comments: Not only is it a cloud, it is a complement to the mail. Keeping it synchronized with the computer, I have never had more loss of important information, keeping it safe and easy to access.

Pros: Price is reasonable, awesome features which are better than Google Docs in some cases and of course customer service is helpful.

Cons: Actually, I did not see any negative sides of Zoho Docs, but extra new tools would not be bad)

Overall: Zoho Docs is the best document management platform. Using amazing features which provided by Zoho Docs are allow you good chance to collaborate with your colleagues and also you can access the permissions. You don't have to download all files, just sync some important files and use them offline. Zoho Team had done a great job with that one. I think everyone needs that kind of docs program, so it definitely worth to try.

Recommendations to other buyers: Zoho Docs is in the right direction, who knows in next 1-2 years it can be best in market.

Overall: This was one of the very first customer relationship management softwares I've used. I can't quite put my finger on why I stopped using it but if I had to choose one reason I'd probably say because of the complexity and setup time. Most CRMs are almost read out of the box or easily setup, however not Zoho.

Comments: All works well. However the storage is not too big for the free plan. The sharing feature is not much evolved as google docs, shared docs are stored inside shared folder. The file ownership transfer is not available for the free plan, it should be.

Pros: It has all the features of Google Docs, and in some cases even more. You can seamlessly integrate many platforms with it, and it is rather asthetically pleasing too.

Cons: Even though it is as good as Google Docs, it's not Google Docs. If you want to use what everyone else is using, you may want to veer away from this one.

Overall: I've used Zoho Docs many times before. Even though my default office program is Google Docs, through my experience with Zoho, I cannot find anything inferior about it. It has good integration with websites like Youtube, and even transitions great between Microsoft Word and Google Docs. If you want to support the underdog, use this program.

Recommendations to other buyers: Check out all the other tools provided by Zoho! It's a great company, and offers much of its opions free!

Comments: if you want an easy way to build docs online and share with the rest of tour team, Zoho docs is a great fit. It has all the basic functionality for that king of suites (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations), it is free to use and add-free.

Pros: very intuitive, hassle free add-free Google apps integration, single sign-on easy set up rich media (music, pictures, videos) upload unlimited number of users for sharing

Cons: 1GB of space maybe be small for some businesses but upgrade is cheap need to switch to Zoho writer for a complete editor limited programming/macro in spreadsheets need for yahoo or google email address for sharing
