Pros: Easy to use, good support. Great organization, accessibility and storage capabilities.

Cons: Functionality to update Docs not always intuitive--Microsoft Word must change to Zoho format and vice versa.

Pros: Ease of use and cost which allowed us to do most of what we wanted even with the free version. Also worked on on mobile.

Cons: No major issues but we eventually chose to move away from this and use the built in documents functionality within zoho crm (which we already use)

I utilize ZoHo docs for rapid file sharing and collaborating.

Pros: ZoHo makes file sharing and collaborating a breeze. It works across all devices I've utilized and the cloud based functionality makes it flexible enough for a workforce across state lines and in the field.

Cons: I wish the collaboration feature allowed a "roll back" function for when changes are made by specific users. For instance, if two users have modified the document but only one needs undone, I'd like to be able to undo changes by user rather than by time as the traditional "undo" feature works.

Overall: ZoHo Docs allows me to work with my team, wherever they are, with collaborative efforts on excel for data analytics or sales calls using marketing material.

I have been extremely pleased with Zoho Docs. It's a perfect alternative to Google Docs.

Pros: It functions very similarly to Google Docs, which I have grown accustomed to. As an added benefit, Zoho offers free business accounts, comparable to Google's G Suite, which is no longer free.

Cons: The main drawback to this software is that it doesn't have the following the Google Docs has, which makes the pool of possible collaborators/people I shared documents with significantly smaller. Almost everyone these days has at least one Google account, so sharing is easy, but very few people that I collaborate with have Zoho.

Overall: Easy word processing and document creation, stored conveniently in the cloud.

Pros: Robust email marketing tools. Web forms for gathering leads. Comprehensive reporting. Integrates well with other Zoho products, Google Apps. Inexpensive. Functional free edition available.

Cons: Requires a lot of customization at the outset. Limited customer support. Mobile apps have limited functionality

Overall: Zoho is a great tool but its drab interface offers plenty of emails, reports, I recomend to use this software.

If there is a cloud document editing which is simple & easy Its ZOHO DOCS.

Pros: Zoho is the best cloud platform for small & large business apps are connected & you can easily share & collaborate with single key management.

Cons: Zoho docs UI is somehow old one they must use ribbon like MS office does in its applications, some time it crashes when you have slow connection.

Overall: I can easily collaborate with others share documents also something like group editing.

It's not Microsoft, but a close second

Pros: I love Microsoft and have used the office suite since high school (20+ years). I've always purchased the Office Suite for new computers, and we use them on work computers. But then we got a server at work and even though each employee already has Office on their computers, each employee accessing the server needs an additional license purchased on the server. And I've got about 15 people accessing the server, and there was no way I was paying to put all those licenses on the server. So we went with Zoho Docs and it works great. We're saving a ton of money and the programs have similar features.

Cons: If you're used to Microsoft Office products, Zoho Docs is similar but just a little different. Once you get used to the differences, it works great. I do miss some of the add-on plugins I use in excel (like ASAP utilities) but that's about it.

Overall: I really appreciate having an affordable alternative to Microsoft Office. It does everything we need, but without the high cost of installing Office on our server.

Comments: This really streamlines processes and helps with workflow management - easy to set up and very straightforward. There is not a big learning curve to use the product as there are with similar products

Pros: Integrates well with the other products

Cons: Gets a little expensive

Recommendations to other buyers: would recommend to a friend or colleague

Comments: Not only is it a cloud, it is a complement to the mail. Keeping it synchronized with the computer, I have never had more loss of important information, keeping it safe and easy to access.

Pros: Price is reasonable, awesome features which are better than Google Docs in some cases and of course customer service is helpful.

Cons: Actually, I did not see any negative sides of Zoho Docs, but extra new tools would not be bad)

Overall: Zoho Docs is the best document management platform. Using amazing features which provided by Zoho Docs are allow you good chance to collaborate with your colleagues and also you can access the permissions. You don't have to download all files, just sync some important files and use them offline. Zoho Team had done a great job with that one. I think everyone needs that kind of docs program, so it definitely worth to try.

Recommendations to other buyers: Zoho Docs is in the right direction, who knows in next 1-2 years it can be best in market.

Cons: Lot of setup

Overall: This was one of the very first customer relationship management softwares I've used. I can't quite put my finger on why I stopped using it but if I had to choose one reason I'd probably say because of the complexity and setup time. Most CRMs are almost read out of the box or easily setup, however not Zoho.

Comments: All works well. However the storage is not too big for the free plan. The sharing feature is not much evolved as google docs, shared docs are stored inside shared folder. The file ownership transfer is not available for the free plan, it should be.

Pros: It has all the features of Google Docs, and in some cases even more. You can seamlessly integrate many platforms with it, and it is rather asthetically pleasing too.

Cons: Even though it is as good as Google Docs, it's not Google Docs. If you want to use what everyone else is using, you may want to veer away from this one.

Overall: I've used Zoho Docs many times before. Even though my default office program is Google Docs, through my experience with Zoho, I cannot find anything inferior about it. It has good integration with websites like Youtube, and even transitions great between Microsoft Word and Google Docs. If you want to support the underdog, use this program.

Recommendations to other buyers: Check out all the other tools provided by Zoho! It's a great company, and offers much of its opions free!

Comments: if you want an easy way to build docs online and share with the rest of tour team, Zoho docs is a great fit. It has all the basic functionality for that king of suites (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations), it is free to use and add-free.

Pros: very intuitive, hassle free add-free Google apps integration, single sign-on easy set up rich media (music, pictures, videos) upload unlimited number of users for sharing

Cons: 1GB of space maybe be small for some businesses but upgrade is cheap need to switch to Zoho writer for a complete editor limited programming/macro in spreadsheets need for yahoo or google email address for sharing
