We wanted to have a way to record what projector was being used by which group for presentation rehearsals. This software is based on the premise you're holding concerts. We used a simple spreadsheet system instead after three months playing with using it for classroom equipment. **Pros:** The calendar view is useful for keeping the tally of the equipment we have loaned to the classroom, projectors, audio systems for language labs. Recurrence works well for equipment assignments for the semester. Being notified by email when items will be returned reduces my chasing students. Mobile app to check between classes. **Cons:** Far too complicated for a little language school like us. Most functionality is geared towards event companies, we don't need to plan transport or crew scheduling. Our administration people were confused by the terminology. It's great to hear the calendar view, recurring assignments, and the mobile app worked well for your setup, but we understand that a lot of Rentman's functionality added friction you simply didn't need. It's easy to see what's coming up and what issues might come with shortages and tight turnaround times. Implementation and learning curve has been mostly smooth and support is always prompt. **Pros:** It's fast, easy to access and relatively easy to use.
