Mit der Erreichbarkeit über das Internet ist sie always available, was mir das Arbeiten sehr erleichtert. Pros Ich schätze sehr, die Software von überall und zudem auf jedem meiner Geräte nutzen zu können. Auf diese Weise kann ich, Internetverbindung vorausgesetzt, jederzeit auf mein System zugreifen. Cons Dass ich die Anzahl der einzubuchenden Artikel erst nach dem Hinzufügen aus dem Pool in den Job verändern kann. Ich würde gerne wie in den meisten Datenbankprogrammen zunächst eine Anzahl eintippen und dann durch Auswahl des Artikels eben diese Anzahl hinzufügen. The fact that you can costumize what you need is very good for company with low budget and so on... To be able to fit crewplanning, equipment inventory and planning, maintenance and repair. The list goes on for all the functions in this system! Pros The system is constantly evolving with weekly updates and features added from inputs of the user base. The pricepoint is great for a system like this and very flexible in terms of different functions and users. To have unlimited free users is valuable for us with a lot of freelance users that need access. The support is outstanding! Answers quickly and always replies to feature requests or bug reports. Cons Its not always simple to navigate and some functions can be hidden. Overall the system can feel a bit overengineered sometimes. For our usercase the system lacks in terms of tracking specific equipment and being able to book it by serial number. Pros De grootste pluspunten zijn dat Rentman in de cloud draait en dus op elke computer te openen is. Voor degene die huiverig is voor cloud diensten kan dat juist een nadeel zijn maar Rentman is zelden offline. Dat al onze medewerkers en freelancers direct bij hun informatie kunnen via de app is geweldig. Cons Wij werken met kickback fees bij het offreren naar klanten van klanten (en het vervolgens factureren naar klanten direct). Daar kan Rentman helaas (nog) niet mee om gaan. Het is gebruiksvriendelijk. De automatisering zorgt ervoor dat we efficiënt kunnen werken. Cons Het is zo uitgebreid dat je soms door de bomen het bos niet meer ziet. Na een update zijn zaken soms veranderd waardoor het opeens anders werkt dan voorheen (niet altijd een verbetering in mijn ogen). Handmatige aanpassingen in materialen worden niet altijd goed doorgevoerd. Voorbeeld: zodra een prijs handmatig aangepast wordt, wordt op de offerte/factuur nog wel het originele btw bedrag berekend.
