La experiencia es buena, desde su implementación en nuestra empresa hemos agilizado muchos trámites, disponemos de un control de stock más preciso, planificamos mejor los proyectos, y en general hemos ganado en todos los ámbitos y departamentos en los que hemos implementado Rentman

Pros

La ventaja de poder disponer de un todo en uno. Disponemos del módulo de almacén, los proyectos, el módulo de facturación, y que a nivel de planificación y preparación y control es estupendo.

Cons

No poder facturar electrónicamente y sobre todo la aplicación del móvil. Creo que es algo que deben mejorar mucho, porque cada vez trabajamos con móviles y con tablets, y la aplicación ni se acerca a la plataforma web.

Très bonne expérience avec le logiciel, rapide et efficace.

Pros

Le coté ludique et efficace, on se retrouve tres rapidement à travailler efficacement avec.

Cons

Pour les assurances, il n’est pas possible de l'indexer sur le total non remisé, ce qui pose un problème pour les clients. Ils ne comprennent pas pourquoi le montant de l’assurance ne correspond pas au pourcentage de la somme à payer. Veuillez vraiment nous donner la possibilité d’appliquer l’assurance sur la somme remisée. C’est très important.

Très bonne expérience, Rentman répond à la majorité de mes besoins. Il y a quelques points à améliorer encore, mais rien de très handicapant.

Pros

L'ensemble des fonctions est bien conforme à mes besoins

Cons

Le manque de gestion des coûts qui n'ont pas à être affichés au Client (par exemple, une commission d'apporteur d'affaires). La partie inventaire n'est pas du tout pratique

One of the best rental management software platforms I have used. Always adding new features. Easy to use, great flexibility.

Pros

Always able to access with the online portal. App for crew to prep and depress equipment and time registration.

Cons

Not being able to do a quote onsite on a mobile device.

### "Al jaren blij met Rentman!"

Wij werken al jaren met Rentman en het geeft ons rust binnen ons bedrijf. We weten met 1 druk op de knop waar wat is en wanneer het weer retour komt

Pros

Het geeft rust in de organisatie. Als alles goed in Rentman staat kan iedereen er mee werken en is er overzicht.

Cons

Weinig, soms omdat je zelf niet alles goed hebt ingegeven mis je bijvoorbeeld een telefoonnummer dat niet op een pakbon staat. Dus aan het begin alles goed invoeren blijft heel belangrijk.

Utilisation depuis 2018. On a évolué en même temps que Rentman et a aucun moment on ne s'est senti en retard par rapport à d'autres prestataires utilisant d'autres logiciels. Vous évoluez comme nous et dans le même sens et c'est agréable d'avoir ce logiciel qui est à la fois un support et un soutien dans notre métier; qui est déjà bien assez complexe pour avoir en plus des soucis avec son logiciel de projets/planification/stock... Merci Rentman !

Pros

Avoir accès partout tout le temps, la prise en main, la gestion de projets de A à Z de l'équipement à la planification des équipes et des véhicules !

Cons

Pas assez de tuto/vidéos multi-langues. Nous ne sommes pas tous bilingues :) Et même si nous avons un minimum de connaissance anglaise, sur des termes techniques comme comprendre l'utilisation et l'utilité d'un conteneur par exemple n'est pas si évidente que ça.

Zeer positief, we zijn sinds lange tijd geruiker en hebben het programma zien groeien tot wat het nu is. Ons bedrijf kan niet zonder.

Pros

Het gemak , van een alles in 1 product. Plannen / boeken / uitnodigen / factureren

Cons

Geen echte nadelen, ik hoop dat de focus bij het kernproduct blijft, zeker nu Rentman zo hard groeit

Pros

Fijn kalender overzicht over de producties. Makkelijk om offertes en facturen te maken, waarbij het ingezette materiaal en mensen direct wordt vastgelegd.

Cons

De inwerkperiode koste wat moeite, maar goede hulp van de helpdesk.

Vor allem der guter Service bei Fragen und die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten der Software, angefangen bei Buchungen über Angebote und Vermietung bis zur Rechnungsstellung sind für uns hierdurch in einem Tool gelöst.

Cons

Leider ist der Preis für kleine Unternehmen, die zur Zeit häufig zu kämpfen haben, nicht so erschwinglich, weshalb nur wenige Personen bei uns Zugriff auf die Software, sprich eine Lizens haben.

A mi cómo director técnico y producción me ha cambiado para mucho mejor el flujo de trabajo, la comunicación con mis compañeros y la gestión de los eventos.

Pros

Por fin he podido tener en el mismo sitio el control del almacén, personal y eventos. El planificador de personal es muy intuitivo y fácil de usar.

Cons

Lo único que encuentro negativo es el sistema de precios por suscripción, es algo cara para nosotros.

Rentman is een veelzijdige planningstool. Wanneer je een goede structuur bepaald werkt het zeer efficiënt.

Cons

De mogelijkheden zijn zeer uitgebreid, waardoor het soms lastig is om alle innovaties bij te houden. Daarnaast zijn de kosten wel fors gestegen

Notre entreprise utilise quotidiennement ce CRM et ajoute régulièrement des fonctions qui simplifient et automatisent les taches journalières

Pros

Ce crm intègre toute la chaine de l 'entreprise et s'adapte a celle ci !!! Le service après vente est très réactif ! il ya toujours une solution qui convient !

Cons

aucun pour le moment, il fait juste bien penser son organisation au démarrage pour rendre le logiciel de suite opérationnel.

Reporting is not working well, it would be nice to have a better way to track equipment by the factor it was hired.
