El manejo de inventario y codigos QR. También el cruce de equipos para ver disponibilidades entre varios trabajos.

Cons

Tiene ciertas cosas en el manejo de los cases que todavia no pudimos encontrarle la solución. Falta que la documentación de ayuda sea más completa.

Ik ben overgestapt van een ander verhuursysteem naar Rentman. De kost is iets hoger, maar je krijgt zoveel mogelijkheden als bonus. Dit in combinatie van de webshop spaart me heel wat tijd uit, waardoor ik de meerkost er met plezier bijneem.

Pros

Een overzicht van al je materiaal met de plaats waar het ergens zit. Het mail- en facturatiesysteem maakt het leven makkelijker.

Cons

Een redelijke leercurve om ermee te leren werken. Gelukkig is er een uitgebreide helpfunctie.

logiciel agréable et bien pensé, qui, ça se sent, a été conçu par des professionnels

Pros

Rentman est très complet et couvre un grand champ d'action. La gestion du parc matériel est l'aspect qui nous a en premier séduit mais il offre tellement plus

Cons

Il y a tellement de choses qu'on peut un peu s'y perdre, mais c'est aussi lié à la multitude de fonctionnalités, donc difficile de dire que ce soit vraiment un inconvénient. Une solution serait d'offrir à l'utilisateur le pouvoir de limiter visuellement l'application à certains usages et de ne pas afficher le reste.

### "Rentman will revolutionise your Event Production world!"

It has been made with the Event Production Industry in mind. It speaks our language, the people who work there understand everything we are trying to do, and they go above and beyond for Rentman to be like a third limb!! Their support is second to none. We have taken up the premium support service, and wow!!!!! They are more responsive than people sitting next to us in the office here. They get back to every email / ticket / suggestion / question as soon as they are online, and with such context and awareness of us (Their team knows us so well and we know them, because they are so personable and consistent). We are in Australia, yet that time difference does not affect their performance at all, generally because everything works and our tickets are about making a slight improvement to something that already works really well, that's saying something!?!

Pros

It has revolutionised our systems!! We consolidated so many systems into Rentman; warehouse / inventory, quoting & invoicing, rostering & scheduling, timesheets, task management, CRM (the critical parts in Rentman, yet we moved from Salesforce to HubSpot for our marketing elements).

Cons

There are a few aspects in the last 8 months that are not exactly what we'd like, but we've either shifted our expectations or Rentman have made developments to sort it out! Not being able to share a Project across multiple Account Owners has been a little bit tricky but we've refocussed our needs there. The 'contact person' does not have much information associated with them, but I'm picking holes at a pretty incredible system.

### "Modern en overzichtelijke werkomgeving"

Pros

Goed aan te leren en naar je eigen hand te zetten. Hoe vaker je er mee werkt hoe meer je met de software kan. En mocht je tegen vragen aan lopen heb je meestal binnen 24 uur een reactie van de klantenservice.

Cons

Ik wacht nog steeds op een bepaalde aanpassing in de aanpassing van de uren status in een offerte. Maar als het goed is gaat dit ooit nog aangepast worden zodat je ook halve uren kan tonen. En als een dag meer dan 13 uur duurt hier gewoon 13,5 uur staat en geen 13:30 wat meer lijkt op half 2 's middags. Daarnaast zou het CRM gedeelte in Rentman nog wat verbetering mogen hebben wat mij betreft.
