### "Keeper - the journey"

January 2, 2026

4.0

Very positive. A helpful tool to get teams to comply with advanced security features that are necessary in today's World.

Pros

The integration into all aspects of my daily functions. I can maintain extremely strong passwords, simply

Cons

The integration with some apps forces a 2FA code, but going to retrieve the code closes integration.

### "You will not regret this software!"

September 16, 2025

5.0

10/10, 5 stars, all the ratings - the best product on the market by a long shot - plus they sponsor \[sensitive content hidden\] F1 so that is pleasing also.

Pros

It is easy to install, easy to learn to use, the browser extensions are awesome, the ability to securely share passwords with users is unbelievably helpful in team environments and the search functions work super well. The sales team are really lovely and not pushy and happy to make sure you have the right product for you, not constantly trying to upsell.

Cons

While I appreciate the added security of not being able to do a forgot password on a master password, it would be helpful to have some sort of opt-in feature for business based accounts for admins to force that for the inevitable person who will forget the password and learn the hard way that they need to start from scratch, as that can be a time drain. They always only need to learn once, but its a time consuming lesson!

### "Very User-Friendly and Efficient"

July 30, 2026

5.0

Overall experience is positive. No issues at all. The UI is very user-friendly and intuitive to navigate. All features worked as expected, and the overall performance was smooth.

Pros

The application is easy to use, and the user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. No additional support or training is required.

Cons

Generally, EPM is not working as expected when used together with Microsoft E5 Security, and most approval requests are not being delivered.

### "Good software, horrible price hikes. "

December 18, 2025

3.0

It was good, until they price hiked nearly 50%. We used to have what felt like a great discount, but after getting us on the hook, and a few rep changes, they no longer negotiate prices. We have had 4 reps, in almost 3 years.

Pros

It's a good software, works as intended, new features added often. iphone, android, and windows apps, browser extension.

Cons

Seems there are semi constant price hikes, changes in reps, and feels like a cash grab to loyal customers. We came to keeper due to pricing; they raise the price almost 10% yearly. This is not including discounts they also removed.

### "Great toof for enterprise use"

January 21, 2026

Overall experience is good. Admins and users have found their way to work with the tool and they can administrate their own groups / teams.

Pros

Ease of use for admins and users. Multiplatform (Desktop, phone, browser tools), Good value for money. Great sharing possibilities

Cons

### "Great product especially for organizations "

April 16, 2026

No issues and the the Security audit feature really helps calling out any passwords that should be changed to increase security.

Pros

Ease of use, value for the money and the sharing feature is great for IT who do password resets and want a secure way to share with staff.

Cons

Would like if it included a note taking feature like 1Password provides. The only hiccup I've experienced is it doesn't recognize certain websites - or should say it misidentifies .. but a page refresh fixes.

### "Trust your Keeper"

May 16, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Keeper has been outstanding. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to manage passwords and secure files. Customer support has been exceptional, always ready to assist with any questions or issues. It's well documented as well, one of the best documentations in my life. Really. The reliability and performance of Keeper Security have exceeded my expectations, making it an essential tool for my digital security needs. I highly recommend Keeper Security to anyone looking for a robust and user-friendly security solution.

Pros

The most. Hmm.... I can definitely highlight the user-friendly interface and easy to navigate, high level of security and encryption, customer support and quick response times, wide range of features including secure file storage and password management, reliable and consistent performance. As well as license management flexibility

Cons

Some advanced features have a bit of a learning curve. For example, I remember that SSO integration was a bit unclear, but it works in the end.

### "Keeper Security is great, Keeper Connections Manager is not."

July 24, 2025

4.0

Pretty good. Again - Keeper Security has been easy to use and great implementation, our issue is with KCM and having paid for a service we can't use.

Pros

Simple and easy password management. Easy to share passwords in a very secure way with employees who need access to portals but don't need to know the log-in information.

Cons

Keeper Security is great, but KCM is something we enrolled in and haven't been able to use it at all. We were sold on it's ability to provide highly managed and recorded sign-ons, and we discussed which websites and programs we would use it for, and then it turned out to be too complicated for their techs to make work. A waste of lots of time and money.

### "Keeper is a keeper (of passwords)"

February 25, 2025

5.0

Keeper was a seamless solution when LastPass blew up in our faces. The business relationship is simple, the product is of high quality and my team uses it as intended. For a password manager, that's my biggest ask. We aren't doing anything with PAM or automated changes today but those capabilities exist when we're ready for them.

Pros

It is inexpensive, very easy to use and very secure. Between the mobile app and browser plug-in, I'm able to easily fill in passwords without the risk posed by auto-fill from other vendors. Sharing and organizing secrets is also simple with support for group memberships and shared folders.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. We've turned on some of their advanced security features like device approval and still no real issues.

### "Very good but room for improvement"

January 22, 2025

The user experience is better than LastPass, but worse than Bitwarden.

Pros

One-time sharing feature very useful Sharing folders with teams and adjusting permissions works very well Great audit statistics Relatively good user interface and user experience

Cons

Browser extension quite cramped and no way to expand No keyboard shortcut to fill matching credentials (Bitwarden has cmd+shift+L) No option to set how a website URL is matched (Bitwarden has several options) Autofill button injected into form fields often difficult or impossible to click, depending on the website's design

Pros

Great solution to manage your private- AND business passwords. Easy to use (intuitive) Great support Value for money!

Cons

In my opinion Keeper has focussed on keeping Keeper safe (off course that's what you purchase!) but the design is slightly outdated. Beside that, the options and intuitiveness of adding (sub)folders can have a better UI/UX.

### "I prefer 1password"

October 16, 2024

3.0

Well, it works. Doing infra as well, it works. I wish we use the CLI in our CI/CD already but.

Pros

Near real time shared modifications. Good audit report tool.

Cons

Frustrating user experience. Have to constantly log-in, plugins would not auto-complete OR would try to auto-complete things I don't wish to. Setting up 2FA is a mess, half the time I have to save the QR in a file on my computer before manually uploading it on Keeper. Also, "sharing" or "managing" secrets from an admin perspective over employees is kind of weak. Everybody is sharing passwords once at a time w/o using folders or groups and I don't know to whom, what, etc. It's a mess.

### "Best money a small business can spend"

December 22, 2021

5.0

I consider Keeper the first and best weapon in our cybersecurity strategy. As a small business with remote employees, we rely on the product daily to manage access to myriad systems. This platform allows me oversight and easy adoption, while providing all of the features I would expect from a top shelf security product.

Pros

We have found Keeper to be an easy and effective way for us to manage our company's password standards and security. Easy to share records with employees and generate passwords and eliminate reuse. I also love the zero-knowledge platform - our employees feel comfortable knowing they can use if for their personal passwords also, which helped with adoption.

Cons

Some of the browser extensions were a bit buggy in the beginning but they have been sorted out. The same with the new iPhone app. Nothing huge and all were corrected within an appropriate amount of time.

### "Trusty Password Management for a Reasonable Price"

January 18, 2022

4.0

I am still getting used to Keeper. I would say, on the whole I am satisfied with the purchase. There are some things that I either need to learn to use better or that may not work as advertised.

Pros

I like that I can maintain multiple credentials in a single location and that browser extensions are available for most browsers. I also like that for a single record, it is possible to enter multiple urls where the credential might be required.

Cons

As mentioned, it is not uncommon for me to create or update a record in my Keeper vault only to find that the browser extensions have not synchronized. This can result in account lockouts if the auto-fill function is enabled for the url. The update password functionality does not work as desired/expected which means I mostly switch back and forth between Keeper and the current browser tab to take care of things. Also, the browser extension does not always recognize when there is an existing record for the site being updated which can be a bit confusing at times.

Reason for choosing Keeper Security

Keeper had one of the highest ratings on the various review sites. I tried out the free trial and it met my needs and didn't seem to be too much trouble to use.

### "Keeper - Only Remember One Password!"

May 12, 2020

5.0

This software has saved me so much time and headache. I don't think I would be able to function properly without it anymore!

Pros

This was a total lifesaver for me! Keeper has made it so much easier to manage my passwords and more. If you have any tech knowledge then it's pretty user-friendly and now I only need to remember one master password now. I manage a lot of our vendor accounts, customer accounts, and various other accounts. Anytime I create a new account, Keeper will easily set up a new randomized/strong password, then Keeper will auto-fill each I log in after that just by clicking on the keeper icon on a username/password field. Keeper allows you to easily create/manage/update your passwords using bank-level security measures to prevent hacking. Since it has an app as well, I store other sensitive/useful information on it as well, so I always have access to passwords/information. Definitely worth a try!

Cons

1\. There are a few sites where the keeper icon doesn't always appear in the username/password field which can be a bit annoying. But if you have the username/password save for the website you can right-click on the field and there's an option to fill in the field using the saved Keeper information. 2. When you update a password, it should also save your previous password. When using keeper to update your password, once a new password is generated and you click save it will overwrite the previous password which is lost forever. But if the website doesn't accept your new password you're kind of stuck. You need to go back to the website to reset your password. Basically what I would suggest to Keeper is when you click save on a new password, the previous password should still be saved on the record somewhere. Then give the user the choice to delete if desired.

### "Keeper for business creates a safe system for password management "

October 9, 2022

5.0

Overall if you’re looking for a password management system that people will use and is simple and secure then I highly recommend Keeper.

Pros

Keeper is very simple and easy to use, set up is quick and ensures that your passwords are kept safe and secure. I really like that the data is encrypted and that you can use fingerprint and facial recognition to open the app or a master password so if you have to swap to another device everything is stored on a cloud base.

Cons

The only thing that was not great about keeper was that it can get quite pricey when compared to other password management systems.

### "Keeper for Business is the best software for maintain privacy of your documents"

March 24, 2019

5.0

It is invaluable, I have had it for YEARS. You have virus software for your computers and tablets. This is just double protection for your business and they have a personal version. When I say its worth the yearly fee, it is, If I remember correctly you can on multiple devices and teams for the price

Pros

The security and ease of setting up the product. I put it on everything I own and I have had no problems. It keeps up with important documents, passwords and keeps them stored and protected on a yearly service. Provides encryption and chat if your need it for security reasons. You can keep memos, digital files and photos on your device. You can share the files and add family members just in case of emergency. Also protects you from any data breaches or if your phone or other devices are hijacked. Worth every penny and you can customize it to your tastes as well.

Cons

There is a learning curve when knowing to set up which files and folders; watch the tutorial. If you lose your password or forget your backup information to get back on you can be locked out or it can self destruct. Its great for theives, not so much for you. You can call or email customer service to get back on.

### "Keeper a great password Manager for it's money."

May 21, 2018

5.0

This app is definitely in the top of the best password managers not only in my, but also in the world ranking and is not worth so much money that you can lose without protecting your data and pay a much higher price.

Pros

A great password Manager, which has a very rich functionality. You will love these built-in functions as built-in password generator that will help you to generate long, strong and most importantly do not duplicate passwords that will protect your precious data and now you don't have to invent them yourself, but the main thing to remember or worse write what actually is, is an app that stores these passwords in encrypted form, and the attackers will not be able to use them. Just want to note such functions as automatic filling of your credentials on all platforms and on any device. Owners of devices with fingerprint access will be able to use it when accessing the Keeper password database. Cardholders will also be pleased with the possibility of automatic filling of forms in online stores. With this application you will not only protect your credentials, but also protect your personal files such as videos, photos, saving them in the cloud. And to top it all off, I'd like to mention two-factor authentication

Cons

The application is paid, but it is unlikely that this can be regarded as a minus because for the lost data sometimes you have to pay a lot more, so that the application is definitely worth the money.

### "Great for enterprise, small business, community organisations or personal use"

July 10, 2017

5.0

\- I love that I can attach files to a record. Example of use: saving a login and password for an insurance site allows me to keep images of my possessions attached to that site. - I use Keeper's random password generator when I am signing up to a new site. This is so handy as I don't have to spend ages finding a password that conforms to organisational complexity. - Business use: I keep my website domain hosting details in Keeper. Create a record, enter the login and password but also attach notes to the record such as renewal dates, which credit card I used to renew, domain lookup information.... pretty much anything I need to know about renewing my domain is cut and pasted into this record for easy access. - Personal use: As I am a tech support for my family and friends, I have a folder for Mum, one for Dad, one for Best Friend etc. As they are all technophobic, i keep their logins and passwords as a backup so if they forget, they can just call me and ask.

Pros

The feature that I like best about Keeper is being able to access it anytime, anywhere from any device - at the time that I need it. I've used it for both work and personal use and recommend it to all my customers. - I only have to remember one password - it only takes me a second to access any site. - I have the ability to copy and paste a password without exposing the password to others to see. - Keeper has a browser extension that allows me to save new site logins and passwords automatically. - I like that I can sort passwords into Subjects or Folders, which is easier for organisation

Cons

I would prefer the ability to make sub-folders under the main folder headings, but that is not a show-stopper - more of a personal preference really. I think the pricing is reasonable, however, I think the personal licence should include two devices instead of just one.

### "Keeper Makes Your Life So Much Simpler"

May 16, 2018

4.0

I highly recommend Keeper. It has competitors, some of which are slightly cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Keeper is rich in features and can really help you to get your business's or your own cyber security under control.

Pros

Keeper has given me the ability to create, maintain and securely store and retreive more than two hundred and fifty unique passwords, PINs, and the answers that I have given to the security challenge questions that I use to access password protected websites as well as my numerous devices. I also store a lot of sensive data in Keeper, like family health records, contents of safe deposit boxes and their locations, license and VINs numbers on autos that I own, etc. It is a wonderful tool for both work and personal records and because I only have to remember one password, it can be long (mine is more than fifteen digits) and can contain numbers, symbols, and upper and lower case letters. All of my other more than 250 passwords maintained by Keeper are similarly complex. The length and complexity of the passwords that you create is limited only by the rules of the individual websites that you use. Can you remember 250 distinct, long, randomly generated alphanumeric passwords? No, but Keeper can. Just remember to put a copy of your "master" password in a secure place (like a safe deposit box) in case you have a memory lapse.

Cons

Almost nothing bothers me about Keeper. It has many, many features, some of which I have yet to use, but it works well on all of my devices (Windows, Android and iOS) as I currently use it. There is a learning curve with Keeper, but not to difficult. You will be using many of Keeper's features after a few hours of use, and its basic features after a just a few minutes.
