Pros

Easy to use app and also free to install. Generates passwords and keeps them safe do you don't have to remember them all!

Cons

Not much comes to mind unless you've downloaded the app over a poor Network then may need to be reinstalled.

I would say it would be the amount of memory and data use age it takes up.
