Lead Tech Information Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Keeper for Business is a great password keeper" October 6, 2020 4.0 Overall my experience with Keeper for business has been a good one, I'm getting more used to it everyday. Pros What I like most of the software is it's ease of use. The GUI is very well laid out and intuitive; most other password managers are very basic and Keeper definitely looks the part of a profession software. Cons What I like least about Keeper are two things; First, the search function could use some work, it's very clunky and often makes finding what you're searching for a pain. Also the load times when first opening the software are long. Pros The security, ease of use and the ability to add users and share or not share records works very well for our company. I have used this program for at least 9 years. Cons The program tries to auto complete the passwords of all sites. I have difficulty is applying the rules as to when and where it will auto complete and log in. Pros I really like the clean user interface and ease of use. Keeper does everything I need it to do to keep my passwords safe and secure without lots of unnecessary clutter. Cons I am not crazy about the Android app. I have to start it every time I need to log into a password protected app, then I usually need to restart the app in order to get Keeper to load my credentials. It is particularly useful for apps/websites you only use quarterly or annually (like performance reviews and other corporate bureaucratic nonsense). I like the fact you can group apps into folders but if you forget what folder you stored it in you can list all the apps to find it. I could not imagine having to remember or write down the 100's of passwords I have to keep and maintain in today's world. It is so easy to store the username and password and so easy to recall them using face recognition. Pros The ability to create folders containing all the passwords for a particular genre like Travel or Reward programmes is the best aspect of this software. Cons I don't know how this software could be improved other than adding a voice command option to allow 'approved' voices to ask for passwords. I especially am grateful for the cross user application - sharing information with my team etc but also on the personal side — sharing codes for an aging parent with siblings has made it so much easier - knowing that if anything happened to me or my husband we each have the up to date information on our personal accounts. Pros That I can find and/or connect my logins and multiple pieces of sensitive information at my fingertips. Cons Can’t think of anything - but they do! I love the ease of use--just one master password to remember--while the app creates unique and complex passwords for each different website I am on. With a click, the password and login information is inserted. There's no way I will go on the web without this password security software on my side. Pros The benefits of Keeper Security: --its ease of use --the unique and complex passwords for each website --its cost-effectiveness Cons The software has worked great for me. This app is simple, easy to use and makes it super easy to not only never use the same password twice, I no longer even need to remember them. The password roller feature ensures that all my passwords are complex. Sharing the app between phone and desktop with a copy/paste feature makes this my go to app for sensitive data. January 14, 2019 5.0 Pros I use it daily - it is so easy to use - I manage a lot of clients websites and other sensitive information and whether I am on my phone or my laptop the info is there and easily accessible. The Pro version is definately worth getting and I don't say that for many apps. August 27, 2018 1.0 Pros When it worked, it was terrific in keeping passwords, etc. Synced to all my Mac devices. had a bitter divorce from it recently, little/no hope of reconciliation. Cons couldn't transfer Keeper to an iPhone X. Customer service absolutely horrible. Kept sending rote responses, never addressed my issues. Keep up the good work, Keeper! Pros I love the customizable fields, Face ID feature saves me the headache of remembering the master passcode. Just recently discovered the photos and file encryption and scan feature and it works great! Cons The search feature doesn't always work. This company is obviously highly reliable and it would be useful to be able to rely on them rather than go out into the market place without really knowing who you are dealing with. Pros Simple to use and provides an easy method for entering passwords on web sites through the extension on the browser. Cons Hard to manage multiple instances of passwords for a site. Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Great tool for the whole family" October 16, 2018 5.0 Pros We use keeper as a family tool and it allows us to not reuse passwords for any site and allows us to share access to accounts that require shared access such as our grocery app. I don't know how we survived without Keeper, I am confident we are safer from identify theft now as a result. Pros Ability to add web-based credentials, local accounts, payment cards, and other various credentials in your vault. Cons Sometimes it is a bit buggy on websites (not necessarily keeper's fault), so it's hard to tell if you have credentials saved for that particular site. Pros I liked the instant communication with any member of the team it provided, and being able to detect if someone was online, away or offline for the day. Cons However, with the implementation of Microsoft Teams, we never use Skype for business anymore. If I want to chat with someone, call or see if they're online, Teams will offer me a better option. Pros Value for the cost is one of the best along with decent multi-platform support. Cons Employee leaves and the employee didn't give you access to his vault, you lose access to everything even though you are owner of the business account. This is super broken and almost caused us to cancel and move back to a competitor who doesn't have this logic flaw.
