Customer service is awesome! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] have been extremely responsive to our needs and requests for service. They are always on top of the issue, see where we need to correct our settings or errors and help us resolve issues quickly, to keep us moving.

Pros

Ease of setup customers, the integration of the notification and Web-Portal services. Riders love being able to schedule their own rides, via web. These new services has drastically cut down on riders that don't show for their rides.

Cons

We would like to see more notifications on the dispatcher side of the software, when Portal rides are added, deleted, to help with efficiencies. Would like to see rides that are past the set time, change color on the screen so dispatchers can see them readily easier than searching through all vehicle screens.

Reason for choosing TripSpark Fixed Route & Paratransit

We have other software vendors that we use for different areas within the department, that have similar versions of this type of software. However, we have been using this for over a decade and have found it evolves with our needs and use it for multiple operations on the campus and medical campus to solve our needs.

Do not use the Fixed Route services. Paratransit we use for scheduling and building manifests

Very disappointing I don't understand why there is no communication on your end.

Pros

None. you are the only company I have to pester to get a quote or product and I don't have the time in my schedule to do your job. I have 5 buses down loosing revenue because I don't have farebox tickets. The Fareboxes will be without warranty in July and there is nothing I can do.

Cons

Communications is poor, quotes take at least a month. When you receive a PO I have to hound to get product Have been waiting 2 months for Farebox paper tickets and a quote for warranty for the fareboxes. falling on deaf ears all the way to upper management.

My overall experience with TripSpark has been positive and the staff has always been helpful with customer support and applicable questions.

Pros

The software product allows our team to effectively maintain records and schedule clients for multiple trips.

Cons

There is a less than desire learning curve for those users that haven't used this type of software.

Pros

Since moving to a cloud-based paratransit scheduling software the Transit team has been able to receive timely updates and responses during system outages. The TripSpark Customer Care team is responsive and knowledgeable.

Cons

Not really a least, but moving from a manual to automated system was hard for the team.

The Reporting was very all encompassing, very detailed and easy to use.

Cons

The Integration with Streets was slow, cumbersome and isn't truly integration as common entries are required in both systems.
