Better Chains not only tracks, filters and sorts all applicants but it continues building electronic files for each employee through their entire duration of employment. Possibly even more impressive than the actual functionality of their technology is the group of individuals behind it all! I can not speak highly enough about the team behind the magic! Pros I've been very impressed with the features and convenience Applicant Tracking provides in applying to multiple positions withing or across organizations. It is very straightforward and useful as the applicant can transfer or import their account with ease to various employers, but also allows for customization for individual employers to utilize from their end. It's by far the best system I've experienced in terms of convenience and is a huge time saver. Cons The only cons are lag time, and occasional error messages which require you to log out and log into the system.
