Cons Nothing really stood out as negative. Maybe a few details I would suggest (e.g. better zoom-in for the floor plan feature) but they are continously imporving and releasing new features. J'ai aussi été étonnée par le niveau de service pour un abonnement mensuel plus qu'abordable. Les prestations de mise en place, formation et même de personnalisation de l'application sont super rapides et efficaces et peuvent être compris dans le forfait ! We could easily implement the system thanks to the support of the customer service team, and we now have more than 40 daily users. Pros The software is extremely flexible, with a lot of versatile tools. It was very easy for us to adapt the different functionalities to our workflow. The profile system is highly intuitive and customizable, with a great freedom left to the administrator to personalize the company workspace. The customer service is excellent, with a highly responsive team open to feedback and committed to providing the best possible user experience.
