Cons

I've been using Chatra for a while and I am really satisfied with the app. Even the free version is already a lot better than some paid alternatives I've tried. I am grateful for the Chatra team to have made this available for us to try for free and I definitely recommend it! :)

Pros

The design is really pretty and it's really easy to use, easy to set up... literally anyone can set up a chat on a website with Chatra, even people who are not familiar with website building.

This app has been able to provide our Medical Assisting Vocational school a number of pretty solid leads. I have found that a lot of our demographic here in Los Angeles are using their mobile devices to seek information and often times are not able to make an phone call and prefer to chat.

Pros

I love how the chat is also available in an app for your mobile device to insure you are available for each potential client seeing information.

Cons

.... Can't think of any right now :-)

This software allows the user to integrate with other multi-media application, ie,... facebook messenger, Shopify, webhooks, Zapier...etc

Cons

I am a hired consultant for a call center with minimal WordPress and Chat Application experience. I needed something that was exceptionally simple to install and operate, but yet very feature rich and powerful for a growing overseas call center. Chatra met all those needs on the first try. The owner of the call center was very pleased and it took me no more then a few hours to set up and configure. Well done Chatra!

Easy to configure, easy to setup, easy to learn. Flexible and powerful features.

Pros

Despite many other plug ins Chatra is very easy to install, adjust and use.

Cons

The time between an offline message is written and when it comes with a mail is sometimes quite a long.

Cons

Not much really. Wouldn't mind more features but understandably buying the premium version gets you deeper customization.

Pros

Chatra has all the features one could need, with flexible pricing options to suit even smaller businesses. I also really like the design of the product, it just makes a lot of sense to me and is easy to setup. The consistency between the mobile and browser is also very pleasing.

Cons

I can't think of any real features that I need to Chatra doesn't already have.

We experiment something with the auto popup on our pricing page and it really helped us getting more people to buy our products. I use the app on a Mac and it sometimes crashed when in the middle of a chat. But it's quickly opened again so I can continue the chat.

Now a days we know lots of app like this, but if there is one thing that I really liked about this one is that it is VERY fast, there is no delay, really good.

Cons

Hard to say, the app is just too good that I can\`t figure it out how to find a cons about it, the only thing I can say its about the setup, a little bit confuse, but still good.
