Right now I haven't the opportunity to pay for it, but I will. I UX has been so friendly. I think that you can improve the way you present the "chats", I mean, you just have 4 categories. Maybe if you can customize them, it will be awesome.

That it is very easy to use.

It's not you... I don't have enough money right now. x)

Cons

There are not possibilities such as a robot for automatic answers if you are using the software for free.

I have had a great experience through Chatra and highly recommend it to anyone. It is easy to use and fast to set up. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can set up a chat feature quickly, easily, and cheaply.

Pros

I love that Chatra has an option that is free. I have a small website (traffic wise) and can not afford any of the expensive chatbots. Chatra has the perfect functionality for my website and I know when I grow I will be able to increase the features through their paid plans.

Cons

I don't have any cons at this point. It's a great software that is easy to use!

I saw Chatra in other pages and I personally use it as a customer and I love it! Then I decided to install it on my online store www.linanailartsupplies.com to try it and I could say that this app is really helpful to have a faster contact with our customers. An not only that, it help us so much closing sales that probably we won't have if it's not because of a faster online response. We are so happy and we recommend it 100%.

Having tried numerous website chat solutions over the years, including the larger website chat providers and brand new startups, we found Chatra to be the best solution. It includes every feature we could dream of, works well with our existing tools (like Slack and HelpScout), has a great simple interface, has a great mobile app, and we've always had quick helpful responses from support. We couldn't recommend them more.

I was surprised how many customers are willing to use online chat, not email or phone. It's a great channel to gently help customers and motivate them to make a deal. It's also easier for our support team.

Pros

Chatra is a must have for any small business. My guests have intant access to customer support for questions and inquires 24/7. It was easy to install and customize. I especially liked that I can see what guests are typing, as they type. Overall, it's one of the best chat platforms I've used.

Cons

I do find that the application has room for improvement, as far as start-up speed goes. It would also be great to see an auto-correct feature implemented in the future.

I like that after initial setup I really don't need to do anything. If someone initiates a chat I will get an alert on my iPhone and can enter the chat from there.

Cons

I could not find a way to customize the alert tones used on the iPhone app. The default is hard to hear.

Thanks for the review, Dennis! Unfortunately, there's no way to customize the notification sound for the iPhone app separately, it'll be the same as you have on desktop. To change the notification sound, go to the "Notifications" tab at app.chatra.io or in the desktop app.

Group chat! this is the feature that we loved but the pricing is not great

What we liked most is the ability to have group chat. The chat application that we used before doesnt have this feature.

Pricing is expensive. we ended up not choosing this app, mainly because of their pricing.
