Have had no problems at all. I like that I only need to login once and can function for all 3 of my Shopify stores simultaneously. When Facebook Messenger came out I considered it since it was more familiar to my customers, but the stupid thing navigates you away from your website. Using Chatra I get a number of extra sales each week from answering questions quickly for people who are too lazy/impatient to call or email. Super useful that it shows which page customers are on as well as they'll often start talking about the product on "this page" and it keeps me from having to ask what "this page" is.

I really liked that is a friendly chat and you can work with it form web and mobile. Also that you can have more than one operator

Cons

The anonymous version that you cant know who wrote to you if you are using the free version

Reason for choosing Chatra

There are mor free features to use and its been a little bit more commercial than Chatra

Having this easy to use chat feature I believe has helped convert many people from lookers on our site, to buyers. They love that they can get a real person to converse with and ask questions. We love that we can set the hours for the chats to turn on and off automatically, but we can easily override that if needed. When not answering chats, the customer is able to easily leave a message for us with their contact information, to which we can reply. What little occasions I have needed Chatra's customer service, it has been fantastic. It doesn't get any better. For chats, go Chatra!

I have used and evaluated dozens of live chat solutions over the years and Chatra is by far one of the best for B2C e-commerce merchants as of Nov 15, 2016. It works seamlessly with Help Scout and the web UI and desktop apps are well designed and engineered. You definitely want to give Chatra a test drive.

Pros

Reliability, Design, Ease of Use, integrations, etc.

Cons

Chat does not work across sub-domains, e.g. domain.com => help.domain.com.

We've been using Chatra for a few months now and have found it to be perfect for us. The web app is really easy to use and embedding the chat code on your website/web app is really simple. The iOS app is great too so I can always make sure that we can be contacted when not in the office. The integrations to Slack and HelpScout are really useful so that we get all out notifications in one place and never miss anything important. Then when we're not about to chat, Chatra automatically creates a ticket for us in HelpScout - our help desk system. Great work Chatra team! Thanks

Easy to use and set up. We integrated it with Helpscout. We're using it on our order pages and it's giving us amazing intel on our customers and what the blocks are in the order process. It allowed us to convert quite a few customers the first week of use. Highly recommend!

what i like most about this software is that if you have business your customers they can message you through their or through live chat so you can help them if they need anything or if they have a question for you.

Great app! We've tried several live chat apps and looks like the search is over. Chatra is very easy to install/integrate into the Wordpress webpage. Mobile version for iOS and Mac app works great as well. Really enjoyed the Slack kind of UX. Highly recommend. Must have app.

Highly recommend Chatra compared to other chat tools. Easy to install/use and has some pretty awesome functionality with pre-triggered chats which can be a very useful sales tool. I also think the aesthetic is more appealing and inviting compared to other chat products out there.

In the past years I tried several chat applications, Chatra is the best of them in my opinion. The software works fine. The desktop client is something I really appreciate.

\- I am missing some options for agent routing (first/second choice agents)

We weren't sure what chat service to use, but loved the look of Chatra, so we tried it within the free period. I paid for an annual subscription before the trial ran out. It was by far the best choice we have made. I only wish it were much cheaper when adding additional agents....but other than that...it is awesome!
