We've had a lot of compliments once we've implemented it. I really like the back end features of being able to add notes, email, and name to make it easier to recall repeat customers. It's really nice to just keep a tab open in Chrome and have desktop notifications for new chats. The customization is a nice touch as well. It's elegant design fits in seamlessly with the various designs you could implore on your site. The functionality is great and definitely improves all round customer experience.
