It allows potential customers to get in contact with me without many barriers

Pros

It looks great on my website and it's easy for people to use, it's not confusing or overwhelming like some other chat softwares. It's also customizable. so it matches my brand.

Cons

I had some trouble with the hide on mobile codes not working and the amount of settings can be overwhelming

Pros

while designing the my website i needed tool to cater the needs of the customer who visits my website hence chatra helped me to communicate with the user and understand there requirement

Cons

sometimes I think it takes much time to be notified about the presence of user and know what he is searching for

Overall good applications but after the free membership is gone the good options are gone which is the sad part for me, and should add the sms notification option to make it easier not to miss messages from people

premium requires to get the good options only 2 design

Chatra has been a great addition to our business. We've tried a few others before, but Chatra is what has stuck for us. We've had a lot of compliments once we've implemented it. I really like the back end features of being able to add notes, email, and name to make it easier to recall repeat customers. It's really nice to just keep a tab open in Chrome and have desktop notifications for new chats. The customization is a nice touch as well.

Because of this chat service we have converted on customers that otherwise wouldn't have. Easy to use and setup no fuss. Oh and there customer support is excellent, they respond almost instantly

Easy integration, reliability and outstanding support make Chatra the greatest live chat software we've tried. Best feature so far: cart saving and checkout assistance to reduce abandonment rate and limit the amount of guesswork necessary to optimize the checkout process.

I just love that you can use the app on your mobile device. My business is all mobile, so this goes with our brand! My Web developer recently installed this software on my website and I must say it's GREAT .. The fact that I can chat with my customers using my Mobile makes it a lot Fun and Super Great to use.. I'm still new and finding my way around it .. I also wish, you extended your Premium trial version to One month, it will give Newbies like me enough time to fully understand the software very well . Thank You!

It's compactible with All devices especially Mobile.

Cons

The period for the Premium trial version is short.

Pros

Love being able to chat witch customers in real time. You can close more sales and get more leads much faster!

Cons

The free version doesn't allow you to save replies. It is a free version though and the paid is very cheap.

Chatra is amazingly simple and efficient. It's elegant design fits in seamlessly with the various designs you could implore on your site. The functionality is great and definitely improves all round customer experience. It is one of the few products out there that i simply cannot think of ways to improve. It ticks all the boxes excellently.

Cons
