What I like most about this software, is that it's no hounding!!! If you see something you like, you can ask a question about it, if you don't like it just keep moving.

We LOVE this app! Chatra was super easy to install, any queries I had were answered promptly and the customer experience is great. Chats come through on my phone so when we're out and about we can still answer all our customers questions. Definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to convert more website visitors into customers

Thank you for the feedback! We already have a group chats feature that allows several agents to chat with the same customer. Unfortunately we don't plan to add functionality that will allow visitors of your website to chat with each other.

Chatra is the easiest and most versatile (without spending 100's) website chat feature. Any sales person who would like to have a tab open on their browser can log in (answer a couple questions), but also meet people who are looking to buy. Pick up the low hanging fruit and make a sale. love it! dan wilson

I've tried my hand at many chat softwares. None give the awesome number of features that Chatra provides. Also mobile app. Since I'm always running around it's literally a god send that I can reply to potential customers right on my phone using the chatra app. That right there alone is worth the monthly subscription.

Easy to use and with a nice look and feel. The only thing that is missing is a valid android app, the official one is a little buggy.

I setup all my clients websites on chatra and they love it too. The simplicity of creating an account and just putting the code on the website is unreal. Plus my clients just download an app to use it. So good...

Compared to other products on the market, probably this is the best one for small companies with limited budget. Their free plan is excellent to lift of and when you have some cash flows after that, their monthly price is not a problem at all

cant change the icon on status on free plans

Chatra has been invaluable for us. It's easy to set up, the user interface on both ends is great, and their support team is always fast to respond. I'm giving them only four stars on features and functionality, but I know they're working to deploy more of the tools support and sales teams need.

I have had nothing but good experiences with chatra and connecting to my site visitors. It works straight out of the box after deploying the embed code. No other software for customer chat and instant messaging gets close. So after testing multiple tools, I went with Chatra.

Since we started using Chatra in February, we have found it to be a great addition to our customer service tools. We primarily keep the chat window in offline "messenger" mode, but still find that many customers prefer it to email and phone when questions arise. Five stars!

Pros

I've being using Chatra for a few months now in different websites and it is quite good. They have a basic (free) plan which is ok but to get all the juice out of Chatra you must aqquire a paid plan.

Pros

Great interface (Admin and customer side). Fresh Design. It is easy to set up and even works great with Cloudflare.

Cons

The only con is the price per Agent. There are other apps on the market for less of the price.

After spending much time looking around I decided Chatra was for us. Chatra has awesome auto responders if you are away. I have it installed on my android phone, mac tablet and windows desktop, this ensures I get messages coming through. Give it a shot!
