We are using the free version, because for now we do not have a lot of clients who use the chat room. But we are satisfied. The paid version is very good with a lot of features. Customer suppot is also very good. They response fast and clearly.

I like the friendly, non-obtrusive chat window, but my favorite aspect by far is the mobile app which lets me respond to customers at anytime and know their OS/browser versions so I can debug any issues in real time.

Chatra is a solid platform for chatting with customers that visit your Web site. It's easy to use and has quite a bit of power.

Cons

Not too many downsides here. If you're a large company you may need something with a little more power behind it.
