Pros

I love how easy it is for my customers to use and it’s basic features. I love that I can respond to the customer right from my email or the app instantly. It allows me to assist my customers right when they need me. I love this app!

Cons

Really it comes down to the upgraded features. As much as I would love to use them, I can’t afford the monthly plan for the next upgrade.

Pros

I like that this software allows me to communicate with my clients in customers in real time, without having to rely on phone calls or email.

Cons

Occasionally it feels like there may be a slight delay between communications, like a bit of a lag. This is minor and doesn't negatively impact my experience.

Pros

is fully functional, the aplication is very good, you can sends phone alerts when the converstation is started, works very fast.

Cons

i would like to test the version full to check all the features. i don´t access to the version full.

Pros

I first implemented it on my own site and then helped a client of ours get it set up at their site. It was super easy to get it configured to start showing up. The software had the key points that I and my clients were looking for: attractive pricing, dependable, easy configuration, memorized responses, etc. I particularly like being able to see what the client is typing before they are done so I can begin my response. Oh, and I like that phone app so I can response to customer chats from my phone when I'm not at the office.

Cons

I can't really think of anything I don't like about the software, but it's been quite a while since we implemented it.

Reason for choosing Chatra

Initially I chose Chatra because of ease of implementation and pricing.

We use the free version - it is great for what we need. It would really help if we could make it so that each customer has to leave some contact details when leaving a message when we are set to away as it means some customers don't get answered if they don't come back to the website which could result in missing a sale.

Pros

Easy to use and manage the site and chats.

Cons

Not able to contact people if they don't leave any details and they may not come back to the site.

Thank you for the feedback, Karly! Have you tried checking "Get offline messages only once the form is filled' option in the Pre-chat form settings? This way you can avoid anonymous messages.

This a new tool I've been idolizing it is everything i need for my website to help customers navigate threw it live if there having troubles.

Cons

No downsides for me i honestly can say that I've gotten zero problems with this software i love love love it.

Pros

Good chat option. Tried it out to see if they brought anything new to the table. Chat is competitive.

Cons

Not anything special enough to attract me away from Intercom (current chat option) or LiveChat (previous chat option)

Excellent app, paid for itself within a couple of days. Helping customers through checkout in particular is great. Also seeing what they are typing before they send helps save time in replying, their location is visible - also very helpful in anticipating questions. Switched from another chat service to Chatra due mainly to its deep integration with Help Scout - chats and offline messages are added into Help Scout as new support tickets, giving us a full picture of customer support. So far we're loving Chatra! With native desktop and mobile apps, our team is able to help customers with their orders or product enquiries anywhere. Probably my most valuable app.

Great, love it. I always recommend it.

Pros

Love Chatra, can chat in real time with customers on my website from my iPhone. I was on the beach in Australia and could instruct customers how to get to my shop in Germany.

Cons

I haven‘t found one yet, other than the price. For a small operation like mine with a very low monthly income i find the app too expensive for the pro version.

I installed Chatra during the holiday season last year and it was very helpful during that time. We continue to use the product on a daily basis. The free trial of the premium service was a very nice feature too. The customer service is great.

It was super easy to install and only took a few minutes to install.

I can respond to over 50 queries daily in under 10 minutes with Chatra which really helps in time management.

Pros

Simple UI: Categorization of chats is simple and effective. Effective UX: Any lay-man can use Chatra after ~30 minutes of training.

Cons

A few features can be added more in the free trial version. Especially the option of saved/quick replies.

I have been very pleased with Chatra. I started using it about 6 months ago and have found that it increases engagement both on my public facing site and within my web application. It couldn't have been easier to implement, just a couple lines of cope & pasted code, and is super simple to use there after. The design is elegant and simple. Really enjoy having the iOS app as well so I can provide service from any location where I have coverage or wifi.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to implement, easy to customize. iOS app allows for service & support from any location.

Cons

I honestly haven't encountered any.

Pros

I love being directly connected to customers. I love that they can get an answer immediately without having to call. I especially love that you can see what the customer is typing before they send it.

Cons

I don't care for the fact that they can enter Chatra without giving us any of their information, something, even just a name and an email should be required.

Customers are able to contact me 24/7, when I'm online we instantly chat, if I'm off I receive their message via email and can respond quickly.

Pros

It's easy to setup and use. Customization so it can fit in your store's theme is easy to get done as well.

Cons

That I have to open it each time manually instead of it just opening when I login to my store.

To be honest I have not implemented any other chat programs so my experience is limited to just Chatra. But that experience has been excellent. Their support team is responsive - I am in a different time zone but I would wake to find all my requests answered effectively, all of the time. I am not technical but am always made to feel comfortable to continue asking questions to get the most out of the service. I love the automated ChatBot functionality. It's like being able to walk up to a customer in your store and say can I help you? Used wisely, the ChatBot feature paid for itself after the first customer was converted. I was surprised at the high degree of engagement using this feature... in fact it's the feature that has the MOST engagement in one of my deployments There may be other programs that offer more or different features, but I have no doubt that Chatra will catch up or surpass your expectations. I just wish they did more things!

Pros

ChatBot functionality. Excellent support. Affordability

Cons

Nothing as yeat

Wish they had a round robin type of option to rotate the chats through multiple representatives within the same department.

I've used Chatra for multiple clients and they all love it! It's free for one user and most small businesses don't need anything more. I love the freemium and access to a generous paid upgrade when clients are big enough to take chat to a new level in their business model.

Pros

Multiple language interfaces based on the browser/visitor and it's included in the free/entry version!

Cons

The price of entry! A small company with one user should probably priced at something less than 5 dollars a month, instead of the 17 dollars monthly. However, it's a great product, just make the barrier of entry for a tiny company to take part of the benefits of premium (there is so many other monthly "small" payments these days in SaaS).

Features & Functionality: After using the Chat for a few days, We discovered that our company needs a specific feature, we have submitted the feature request and a few days after they added it to the system! Customer Support: They are very responsive when we need them. Ease of Use: it's very easy to install, the back-end is super nice flat and clean design, also they offer app for mac, windows, ios and android and that is a huge benefit when you have multiple agents and devices. Value for Money: Compare to other services Chatra has the best pricing that fitted our budget and business.
