Chatra is a good platform for chat services, it has helped me a lot!

Pros

What I liked most was that it has a lot of good features, it is easy to use and it has auto-replies so you don't have to waste time writing everything!

Cons

What I liked least was that sometimes it takes some minutes to update and it gets slow. Another thing could be the spelling check, it just simply does not have it.

Pros

We have been using Chatra for over a year now and it has proven to be a valuable asset for our company. Clients can get help fast and easy. If we are not only we are sent a message via email so we can respond back quickly. Chatra saves all our messages until we choose to delete them.

Cons

We have no issues with this software. Perhaps had more color options in the interface. It is all good.

As a usability expert and a business owner I didn't come across any missing feature or a single noticeable usability flaw so far. Now that's not common! I recommend Chatra for it's value, quality and ease of use.

Good price point, great features and perfect for small businesses.

Pros

This is perfect for small businesses as the chat feature available has a free option that has all the basic features. The paid version is a bit more advanced and provides lots of benefits

Cons

The features of the free subscription some of them are not available in the higher tier so this can be something shocking.

By giving a so positive review about Chatra, I will be helping Chatra attract more customers. More demand means they might increase their prices! But hey. I have to be honest. They deserve this high rating. I have even decided to sign up one agent today and I will add more agents later.

Pros

Being able to respond so quickly to inquiries and impress potential customers. Being able to respond from my mobile or my desktop.

Cons

Cost. I wish it was a bit cheaper.

It's a pretty good app and very easy to set up. It's very reliable, especially with the app. You get the notification straight away compared to other apps that doesn't give you a notification straight away and you miss a potential customer.

Pros

I really liked the layout and the ease of use when makes changes to settings. Pretty good app as well.

Cons

The features that could be very useful but are premium. The pricing is a bit steep.

It’s a gear product. It works well and allows me to answer customer questions anytime.

Pros

It’s incredibly easy to integrate into any website

Cons

I can’t customize the color of my button to match my brand colors exactly. I can come close though.

We tried a lot of apps for customer support in the past, but any of them was worthy. Then we found Chatra and since then we are really happy with the performance of the app. We use the Free version and we find it really helpful. If you upgrade the app you will unlock a lot of really helpful features. Just try it. You won't regret it!

Really easy to use Very clean interface Great performance even when we are offline

Cons

A few more features could be unlock in the Free Plan

Well .. the part I like more about this software is that ... it works! Period. But because I have to write at least 100 characters or my review will not be accepted, I'll add that I also love the possibility to switch from desktop to mobile on the fly, no glitches. Cool!

Thanks for the review, Manon! The desktop notifications usually don't work if they are blocked in your browser or system. Try to send yourself a test notification from the "Notifications" tab and see if it works. If it doesn't, check your browser settings and make sure notifications from app.chatra.io are allowed. If you are using a desktop app, check your system settings. On Windows 10 you need to right click the Start button > System > Notifications & actions > find Chatra in the list and choose "Allow" next to it.

Love it! Tried a few different chat options, but Chatra does it better!

Pros

The ease of setup and use. I can use this across all my devices and always be their when my customers need me. Even when I'm not available, the bots are perfect and the ability to set up away messages to capture emails is a great feature.

Cons

So far I have no complaints when using Chatra. Love everything about it!

Pros

I like the idea that we can scale and test out the platform for free (you can sign up on a free account) to see if the features work for your website before signing up for a paid account.

Cons

The iOS app can be lagging at times and sometimes we get knocked offline and need to constantly sign in again which can make us miss certain messages from customers.

Very simple and customizable integration with great customer service. It provides peace of mind for buyers who may be hesitant to buy from an unfamiliar company.

Pros

Being a business specialising in high ticket items one of the biggest hurdles is not having customers decide not to purchase something because of a question they want answering immediately, which chatra helps to resolve.

Cons

Nothing really, maybe some less obvious branding on the chat popup would be nice but even so it's hardly a complaint.

I need a simple chat for my website. Took 1 minute to set up and works beautifully.

Pros

I use the free version and it does everything I need to have chat on my website. I did like the paid version but didn't go for it, and I miss seeing where people are in my website. Must upgrade

Cons

No cons. Works great. I only wish I got the paid features for free! :)
