Pros

My customer love that they can pop in to Chatra and get answers to their quick questions. As a fairly new business who has a good amount of daily new visitors, having Chatra helps me build customer trust.

Cons

I am using the free version of chatra, so I am sure that what I like least would be alleviated if I upgraded :-)

Best chat system we have found, and we have tried out about 10 of them. The only thing we are really missin is the ability to send a selected chat to Help Scout (our ticket system). We can only send all or non, and sometimes we have to follow up a conversation but then we have to copy and past every part of the chat manually into Help Scout. When that part is in place, there is no chat system that can beat Chatra!

I love the ability to be able to provide my customers with great service. Whether you are doing B2B or B2C this is a wonderful product that allows you to automate a lot of your customer service offerings.

Cons

Nothing to dislike. It's easy to setup and establish and we have heard only positive feedback.

I like Chatra. It's a good, small plug-in for my site that makes things easier for me and my clients.

Pros

Chatra makes it easy to connect with my customers in real time. Email is great, but I like being able to chat directly to people.

Cons

Sometimes the chats can drop unexpectedly. I have had one or two messages send out of order as well.

I'm loving this app! It's super easy to install and access. I have it on my laptop and iPad mini + iPhone, so whenever I'm not working on my laptop, I can access the app and answer messages from one of the other devices. Super handy! I also like that a lot of features are included in the free plan, which makes it perfect for start-up/small businesses.

I love the fact that it has a really fresh, easy feel to it. It makes it simple to access and interact with visitors, as well as manage workflows

Cons

If I had to say I don't like something, I suppose I wish there was a little cleaner interface, but that is getting pretty nit picky.

I've been using Chatra for a long time on a number of different websites. Particularly the TEDx Cape Town website. Chatra is always an exceptionally simple and satisfying experience to set up and use. I've always had speedy responses from their team and recommend Chatra to colleagues regularly.

Artificial intelligence is very fashionable because it facilitates sales processes in which the manager cannot respond immediately. Chatra allowed to respond to this situation but on the other hand it increased that those who were looking for a much more personalized attention.

Pros

It stores the history of the conversations, which is important for our statistics, in addition to supporting customer requests. In addition the possibility of multi chats is interesting, since the client can have answers to their doubts with the right person.

Cons

the program has no problem to add, maybe the free option is very limited to expose all the potential of Chatra

The software was really easy to install, works perfectly on my phone, laptop, etc. Communication was fast and reliable.

I feel that when the user jumped to another page within the website, the chat wouldn't load, I might be wrong.

I have only used Chatra for a while, it has and does exactly what I need for a CRM, and really helps in improving conversations with customers.

Cons

Nothing much to complain, the free trial has full features and they are really sticky, so just get ready to pay for them.

Pop ups to a client on the website Timings the service is up or down Email missed clients We can see what clients are writing before they press Enter We can see where the client is on our website Ip's / Browsers etc...

Cons

The thing we didnt like so much was the fact it not a free software. But I understand now why, good stuff aint free!
