Cons I never have been able to sync my app. It keeps telling me that it is unable to synchronize my contacts. Also about 3 days ago I got a new phone, same number and all same apps from the iCloud downloaded and now I do not get text message notifications when a lead comes in. The automated follow-up system is great. Easy to learn and use ad generator and collect of the leads is automatic. I did but there was no quality to them. Pros They do a good job of posting to Facebook, Twitter , Instagram. Cons It is all self service. There is online chat available but if you are not technically savvy, you have to weed through a bunch of videos to try and figure it out. You are likely never going to talk to a live person. Also, there is an assumption with these videos that what they do will work in every market. I was getting eaten alive with charges from Facebook even with a $10 a day budget and wasn't sure how to fix it or who to talk to about that at Arsenal. What I learned in general are Facebook Ads represent a very small market share of the pie. No doubt, I did generate leads, but they were not qualified at all. We did call and most people had no interest in buying. More just looking at houses online. I'm astounded at the amount of hours that went into this product/system. Pros Great CRM with Automated text messages and emails. Cons Can't use my own phone number for the automated text messages.
