Realtor Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR" October 5, 2018 5.0 Perfect and flawless from the application to the support teams Pros As many of you know, it’s hard generating leads and can be very very costly. Relying on major platforms cost me so much money and I was locked into crazy contracts. With arsenal, I was able to generate 25 leads in one day on my first day and was able to sell a $900k equestrian property from the those leads. I also was able to generate leads for my commercial side of business and secured a buyer for a 7.8 million light industrial building. With arsenal I have reduced my marketing expenses to less than $1k when before I was spending well over $3500 while struggling to get quality leads. All leads from arsenal aren’t perfect but you get quanity which is better than what agents normally pay for on OTHER major home search engines and leads that they claim to provide Cons From intervention could be better but it works Review Source DW DEBBIE W. I setup lead capture pages and then right from inside the software I can setup FB ads and send prospects directly to my lead capture pages, which automates the message and subsequent messages I can post other images with social media poster So much more... Realtor Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY a DIME" October 25, 2018 1.0 Customer service does not listen - they did not give any solutions to current roadblocks in their system. They kept saying that the system works - however could not give directions and tried to blame other CRM's for their software problems. When I asked for a refund - due to the system not doing what was promised - it was denied, they kept payment for a system that didn't do as promised. Not a good experience unfortunately. Pros sorry - nothing. this system is new and has not been tested enough - young developers who are not ready to run a business. Cons the software is not exclusive to YOU - when they attach links it also promotes your competition. They are unable to integrate with your current platform/CRM. It is a small company that has not yet put thought into the details of the product and the user. Maybe given time they could overcome the problems - but as of now I would not recommend. Our intention is never to promote another agent (we would have nothing to gain from this), but we want to only promote YOU as that is who we care gets results. Since your review we have added a mobile app that gives you instant lead notifications and 2 way texting to better communicate with your leads. CSR gives out so much in great ideas that you can use to improve your leads/marketing/and just presence. their YouTube Videos are the best, go to videos out there. Pros The software is very easy to use! I am not an easy person to teach (old School). But found if you followed the provided videos CSR explains everything in great detail and best of all its understandable to someone that is still new to technology. I signed up with Arsenal in May of 2018, and in the last year, almost 2 MILLION of my property sales have been directly tied to the leads I've received from my FB Ads through this system. Fan for life!! Pros Lead generation and money made. Video's are extremely easy to follow. This system just WORKS! Cons No phone call support. Two websites to log into. July 17, 2019 3.0 Was hoping to generate leads. I did but there was no quality to them. Pros They do a good job of posting to Facebook, Twitter , Instagram. Cons It is all self service. There is online chat available but if you are not technically savvy, you have to weed through a bunch of videos to try and figure it out. You are likely never going to talk to a live person. Also, there is an assumption with these videos that what they do will work in every market. I was getting eaten alive with charges from Facebook even with a $10 a day budget and wasn't sure how to fix it or who to talk to about that at Arsenal. What I learned in general are Facebook Ads represent a very small market share of the pie. No doubt, I did generate leads, but they were not qualified at all. Pros I like the simplicity of the program. I like how easy it makes doing a Facebook ad. Cons The Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool has very limited capabilities. It did not produce the results as stated. Cons I did not get anywhere near the leads suggested. I was on a 30 day promotional and cancelled. Lead Support Manager confirmed receipt of the email cancelling however claimed I got leads, asked for the lead pages that were sent. My last email to her was that I was getting the run around and I demanded to get my refund. And, they blocked my access to the training portal on the day they received the cancellation but stopped responding to me and did not refund the initial payment but charged my credit card for the second payment. September 28, 2018 5.0 Pros This software is very easy to use if you're looking to get into Facebook advertising and wanting to get more leads. Their follow up is awesome too! I've closed 2 deals in the last 30 days with their follow up strategy. The support is great too. Cons I never have been able to sync my app. It keeps telling me that it is unable to synchronize my contacts. Also about 3 days ago I got a new phone, same number and all same apps from the iCloud downloaded and now I do not get text message notifications when a lead comes in. Pros Due to some unfortunate issues, I had to request a refund within the first 24 hours. So, I executed the companies 24-hour no-questions-asked policy to have the money I paid credited back to my account. The team at Arsenal was nothing less than courteous. Although I was asked a few questions, they were aimed at improving my experience and determining if there was something the company could do better. The concept is absolutely amazing and although I did not get a chance to use it, I am impressed with their level of customer service and plan to return when it's more financially feasible. I was able to keep in contact but given the area, just did not see results from the ads. Was not able to connect to get any appointments, I did get to keep my leads when I opted out. Cons The videos were too time consuming. The attempts I made on my own to make other social media ads were unsuccessful. My last run ad gave me a zero lead count. I know I am not a savvy social media person to even begin to try and understand the algorithm. But I was hoping with this software I could at least try and get some ROI.
