"Love! definitely recommend switching to Yocale!"

**Overall:** Overall my experience with Yocale has been wonderful, they have all the big selling factors from customer service, to pricing and a user friendly platform, I'm excited to continuing using Yocale and see how this company can continue to grow!

**Pros:** I just recently switched to Yocale from a different booking software and so far I am obsessed! It has been very easy to set up and use in comparison to the software I've used previously, not to mention I'm saving money from month to month by using Yocale, and the tiered system they have allows you to really get the most at the best cost. There scheduling system and platform are very easy to use and straight forward. especially from the clients side, so far all my clients have loved the switch! To top it all off the customer service has been immaculate! Any problems or concerns and they are on it immediately, everyone is super friendly and really take the time to help you! I highly recommend the switch to anyone considering it!

**Cons:** I think Yocales biggest flaw is the checkout system/process, and the fact that they don't currently have a direct checkout for a card reader unless don't externally so for a new company this could potentially run issues if they don't already have a POS system. I'm also not a huge fan of the overall checkout process i think it could benefit from some work potential a screen for clients to chose their tip (unless they do have it and its just not working on my end for some reason) but i have been told this is all something being worked on or at least as far as the card reader goes.

**Reasons for Switching to Yocale:** Had issues with pricing changing month to month. Clients reported lots of issues with the booking system as well as the website being down or just not findable at all. Merchant account shut down multiple times for no reason. No customer service.

"Great Experience with Yocale - Seamless Transition, Excellent Support, and a Reliable Platform"

**Overall:** \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me with the demo of the product and was incredibly informative. She provided a clear breakdown of all my options without making me feel pressured to commit, which I really appreciated. She also connected me with the rest of the team for training and setup, making the transition from my previous system to Yocale seamless and stress-free. The entire process was well-supported. The team checked in frequently and offered plenty of opportunities to book follow-up sessions whenever I needed help. It made a big difference knowing I had that ongoing support. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Yocale. I highly recommend it to businesses looking for a well-rounded system for booking, documentation, and smooth onboarding.

**Pros:** I’ve been using the Pro package and find it to be good value for money. Good functionality and features! The Yocale team helped transfer all my patient data from my old system and even transcribed my custom forms directly into my account. That saved me so much time and hassle. My first meeting with \[sensitive content hidden\] was also a standout. She gave me a clear breakdown of all my options, answered all my questions, and was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I had a follow-up question after our meeting, she got back to me within the hour. Appreciated that level of responsiveness!

**Cons:** the setup process did have a bit of a learning curve, and some of the customization took longer than expected. The interface isn’t quite as intuitive as some other platforms. However, the support team was always quick to help and very responsive, which made those issues manageable. I did encounter a couple of small bugs while using it on my iPad.
