She also connected me with the rest of the team for training and setup, making the transition from my previous system to Yocale seamless and stress-free. The entire process was well-supported. The team checked in frequently and offered plenty of opportunities to book follow-up sessions whenever I needed help. It made a big difference knowing I had that ongoing support. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Yocale. I highly recommend it to businesses looking for a well-rounded system for booking, documentation, and smooth onboarding.

Pros

I’ve been using the Pro package and find it to be good value for money. Good functionality and features! The Yocale team helped transfer all my patient data from my old system and even transcribed my custom forms directly into my account. That saved me so much time and hassle. My first meeting with \[sensitive content hidden\] was also a standout. She gave me a clear breakdown of all my options, answered all my questions, and was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I had a follow-up question after our meeting, she got back to me within the hour. Appreciated that level of responsiveness!

Cons

the setup process did have a bit of a learning curve, and some of the customization took longer than expected. The interface isn’t quite as intuitive as some other platforms. However, the support team was always quick to help and very responsive, which made those issues manageable. I did encounter a couple of small bugs while using it on my iPad.

Be very careful before you choose them as you may be stuck with them for a very long time

Pros

price is good, that is all. there are no other qualities that are good.. nice website and easy to setup

Cons

no support at all. i tested them as a vendor for Google Places and cannot turn them off. Google tells me to contact Yocal saying that Yocal must remove me. Everytime I email Yocal, they say i am removed but I am not.

This instructions is available online; however, if you ask us to do it, we will have to ask google to remove you and some times that may take a bit of time. We would always appreciate the opportunity to provide excellent support through live chat, email or by phone. If you do contact us by email pls be sure to check your other/filtered email. It would be very rare for us to not be on top of our support request.

Pros

I’ve been with Yocale for about three years and have had a great experience, mainly because of the amazing support from \[sensitive content hidden\]. She helped me with everything, setting up the Yocale software, helped with building my website, and marketing services. Being with Yocale team have felt more like business consultants, always sharing helpful tips and ideas to grow my revenue. The platform made managing my business much easier, reduced no-shows, and saved me a lot of time. Yocale also built me a great website and their Google Ads marketing brought in a lot more clients. What really sets Yocale apart is their customer care. Highly recommend.

Cons

Honestly, nothing bad to say about this company and their software. Just only one feedback is if you can connect with google reviews

Pros

Getting setup was very user-friendly and the support team has been great and super responsive! I have just started using it, but am finding it really well laid out and my clients are having an easy time using it as well.

Cons

I haven't run into anything I don't like that this point! I would like to see mental health forms already in the system for use, but it's not hard to add my own forms.

Pros

The most important factors that made me to stay with the software are: A- flexibility of the software and people behind the product and their willingness to help you to get what you ask for and need to have to run your business. B- the support is the second to none, I have been dealing with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], the technical guy. He is so professional and knowledgeable about the product. Also, he is very patient and listen to your request carefully and because of that he fully understand your request and need. He has gave me the best experience so far.

Cons

The only con for me is that I can not see or check all of my locations at the same screen therefore I must go back and forth between them. Just time consuming

Yocale is easy to use and makes appointment booking straightforward for my customers. Their customer support is excellent—always responsive and helpful. The platform is a great value for the money, and I like that I can adjust and customize it to fit my field. Now that the initial bugs and issues have been worked out, the system runs smoothly without problems.

Cons

I don’t have anything negative to say about Yocale. I started with the free membership, and when some of the options I needed were moved to paid plans, I upgraded. This wasn’t a downside, since they are a business like we are, and quality services come at a fair cost.

Pros

I have tried many other booking systems, Yocale is hands down the best. Their customer support is unmatched! Yocale is incredibly user friendly and budget friendly for small businesses. I have not come across many issues at all and everytime I had reached out about an issue it was corrected immediately. I love that you can suggest possible improvements and they will investigate and add it. I will never use any other booking system. Clients find it so easy to use.

Cons

No complaints. I am satisfied with their system and customer support. I would not choose any other system.

Cons

There have been some complaints that yocale appointments are not setting up properly and some customers can not figure out how to do it. This can skew the data.

Pros

I just started. I haven't talk to any stuff yet, but they reached out and try to help me already. It makes me feel good. I like the most about this software is reminder system both texting and email. simple, easy, and good price.

Yocale is the first online booking system I have used and it has been a great experience -- from set up to now having used the system for almost a year. There have been some minor hiccups along the way, but the team was always dedicated to looking into the problem or a fix was already in the works. I have referred a few people to use Yocale and I will continue to do so!

Pros

That is Canadian based! So many of the leading competitors are from the US. The tech support has been great and I also find the system easy to use. New updates are always being released for more features which has been very useful as well.

Cons

There were some hiccups with client reminders (my clients have become reliant on these reminders) which resulted in some confusion. Some features that would be great for my business are still being developed -- this is really the only reason I would look elsewhere.

It has all the different tools and needs to run my business in one place and I love that I am able to provide telehealth to my clients.

Cons

When client gets invite email it asks to set up their password and my client said it didn't work. In order to have them get on the site, I had to book the appointment and send the reminder.

Very easy to operate and there's always a customer service agent on hand at all times to assist with installation questions.

Pros

The Google Calendar sync feature is wonderful. We tracked our appointment scheduling with Google Calendar prior to using Yocale, and the sync feature ensures that all of our online appointments sync up with our phone/email appointments.

Cons

The appointment scheduling software does not allow users to add on guests (like in an online shopping cart) when scheduling appointments.

Yocale is the BEST! I love Yocale, my clients can book an appointment 24/7 and get notifications anytime an appointment is booked, cancelled or changed. I have a list of all my clients with their contact information and history of all their appointments and cancellations. the list goes on and on. last but not least their customer service is above and beyond helpful THANK YOU YOCALE

If I had to start this process all over I would defiantly go through Yocale again and more because the product has been intuitive and the team we are working with is amazing.
