Reviewers appreciate Dropbox Sign's template creation feature, which simplifies the process of reusing documents and agreements. They find it easy to set up and store templates, which saves time and effort in managing repetitive tasks. However, some users mention limitations in template customization and editing, as well as restrictions on the number of templates available without additional costs.
Users like the document management features in Dropbox Sign, particularly the ability to search and retrieve documents easily. They find the setup process for new documents quick and straightforward, which enhances their productivity. On the downside, some users experience difficulties with document editing and attachment, noting that making changes often requires creating entirely new documents.
Pros
Dropbox sign has been incredibly easy to use, and has made my workday more seamless. I was so excited to see this offered and so happy I chose to use it.
Having the ability to customize forms for digital signature is a great feature when you're already using dropbox. It is a seamless integration and nice for keeping track of paperwork.
I like that it is very cost effective and just as easy to use as the bigger names. I recommend this product for all companies that need contracts signed.
It's been a great experience using HelloSign. My company was able to save money by switching to this platform and it has great usability.
Cons
Getting signatures for documents when clients do not want to leave home, or have the inability to print and send back.
Our employees wouldn't be able to open documents, I wouldn't be able to edit things, and there was just always something wrong. The wait time for fixes was anywhere form 2 minutes to 2 hours.
Poor Integration and Limited Team Control or overview.
This makes me fear that the entire electronic sign universe is a complete bamboozle to the unsuspecting who will blindly sign without reading.

"Convenient Electronic Signature Tool"
Overall: Our experience with Dropbox Sign is quite positive. It is easy to use and our clients and internal team members rarely experience problems signing or sharing documents.
Pros: Dropbox Sign allows us to upload, share, store and request clients to sign conveniently under one platform. Electronic signature helps keep everything formal with our clients and employees. It is simple and straightforward. It is one of the few tech solutions that does exactly what it is designed for with minimal issues.
Cons: There is nothing I don't like about this electronic signature solution. However, I feel that the price may be relatively high for individuals or small companies.
"Prepare and sign documents digitally."
Overall: Has multiple support channels, including email, phone and chat. Dropbox is nice.
Pros: Dropsign is suitable for businesses of all sizes. Very incredible features like email notifications and two factor authentication. It reduces manual work required and it offers a secure and verifiable signing processes. Provides workflows automation tools to create efficient signing process. Try it.
Cons: The availability of free plan to test the software before purchasing it allows us to choose if we like it,no cons.
"Dropbox Sign is relatively easy to use but can be time-consuming"
Pros: Can do many of the features that require a digital signature, such as the one often used in Adobe Acrobat.
Cons: It seems slow and takes a great deal of time to get through the process of finalizing a secure document. Also, I've had a t least one experience where, because it's supposedly operating from a cloud, that things were out of sync for a day.
"Powerful document tolol"
Overall: Wonderful tool when integrated with Salesforce
Pros: Easily execute documents and share documents internally and externally
Cons: Integration with with system takes some effort
"I would recommend Dropbox Sign"
Overall: My overall experience with Dropbox Sign was good. The core service works very well and there are extra features like customized branding. It will also work with other services like your document storage.
Pros: Sending the document is very simple, then Dropbox sign automatically tracks the progress and sends reminders if needed. I like that I don't have to do that myself. I think the drag and drop tool for signing fields saved time as well. Dropbox sign made me feel that both the signer and I were safe sending documents/information through their service. They also vertify the signer. For this type of application I think both are extremely important and should be some of your main concerns when shopping.
Cons: Dropbox Signs pricing is in the mid range. I chose Dropbox Sign anyway because I didn't want to risk security by trying to save money.
