It has got a short learning curve, I picked this up in less than half an hour. I love how it forwards reminders to clients ,reminding them of documents they need to get signed. It majorly has eliminated a lukeworm,long contract and agreement signing process.Making this important but formerly despised process very quick ,efficient and way less cheaper. Cons Hellosign does perfectly what we as users expect it to do . However my only reservation will be with the email link we send to clients ,from where they can view documents to be signed.We have situations,whereby a client clicks on the link, closes it to come back to it later ,and by the time he/she returns back to click on the link, the link has expired and we have to resend the document.This need be fixed. For the most part, everyone seems to use it just fine. Pros It does everything we need it to do: collect electronic signatures, send reminders for said signatures. Cons It can be clunky - and it's a little pricy for a small nonprofit. I also wish there was a way to upload one document and allow it to go out to multiple people at once, rather than having to send them out individually. November 24, 2022 5.0 My overall experience with Dropbox Sign is very good. I must confess that I didn\`t expect much and had that \`more of the same\` idea when I was first introduced to it. Not really. I am very happy with it. Pros It is environmentally friendly. I like everything Dropbox Sign has to offer, but I am a great fan of the fact that multiple people can sign the document and we will all know when it is signed. This is perfect. Pros Our business was looking for a quick & easy way to send documents to clients to sign electronically. We were considering going with another software, but when we tried HelloSign, we found it easy to use and a better price! Cons Our business was considering using DocuSign, because it integrated with our tax software (Intuit ProFile), but the cost was too high. It would be a bonus if HelloSign integrated with ProFile, but it's not a big deal that it doesn't. Still very quick & easy to use! We have needed the flexibility and Dropbox Sign has met all our needs. Pros Very simple process to upload documents and templates for signatures. As our business has grown, we have needed to adjust processes and Dropbox Sign has been able to meet our needs and provide a flexible platform for any adjustments. Cons When using the text box field, you have to ensure that you make it as big as you need it. It doesn't dynamically adjust to the amount of text you put in there. April 3, 2023 3.0 Overall, we enjoy the ease of use and cheaper pricing to other document programs. With some added features, it could be a great program for small businesses. Pros It is easy to upload documents and create templates. The template feature saves a lot of time when sending bulk documents with individualized details. Cons There is no organization options. Pros we are able to send lease/contracts/documents to our new tenants/workers/colleagues, electronically. we are able to store a template and not recreate our lease every time we need to utilize it. Cons we are unable to change the document once it has been sent. we are unable to change how many signers to a template. CUSTOMER SERVICE is foreign and NOT organized. nor easy to communicate with - NO LIVE interaction - only email available & apparently they are located on the opposite side of the earth from my timezone. It is very intuitive and allows me to complete tasks much faster than I used to be able to. Pros I like how intuitive Dropbox Sign is for everyone on our team to use. I typically am using this solution daily and it makes it very easy to keep everything organized. The fact that I get daily reminders allows me to stay on top of the documents I have out for signature and give updates to my leadership team. It has been super easy and quite inexpensive to use. I regret the years we went without this product. Dropbox saves our HR team hundreds of hours a month. Cons Some applicants find it difficult to find the boxes that are not filled in on our job application. We have to talk them thru finding it. Pros We like HelloSign is easy to use for us but also the signer, and comes at an affordable price for our small business that does not need fancy or complex streamlined e-signatures built into other software. Cons It is a extra step to send the e-signature in another software, but we don't mind since it is so easy. So glad my company decided to move in this direction as a large part of my job requires obtaining signatures from clients, many of whom are placing orders via email or over the phone. Pros Dropbox Sign makes it incredibly easy for my clients to sign sales orders digitally. It's also extremely easy for me to upload documents and place signatures etc. Dropbox sign has been instrumental in creating a more efficient work environment for me for years now.
