East to set up, easy to use, easy for our clients (even our less technical clients) to use. Pros I love the fact that it's easy to pull our PDF into the system and easily set up the signature, date and initial fields. HelloSign uses a very common-sense approach to setting up documents for client's signatures. Cons We have no issues with HelloSign - even our less technical clients have no problems. June 9, 2022 5.0 With HelloSign, we are able to continue to do business with customers far away and those that have limited transportation or disabilities that prohibit them from climbing our stairs. We can handle things with a phone call and HelloSign. Pros Sending documents for an electronic signature and to request additional information is a breeze! Love that we can still work with our customers who have moved farther than a quick drive to our office. Cons Would love to be able to edit and resend a document. I thought that this was initially available. However, now I have to delete an email and then send a new one. Also, would like to be able to print out the email that is sent along with the document after the document is sent. March 10, 2019 5.0 All I can say is, why weren't we using HelloSign way earlier? Pros We realized that HelloSign was a feature of our applicant tracking system called JazzHR. We used to have to create offer letters for candidates manually, then get the hiring manager to give their signature and finally wait for the candidate to give their signature. We started automating our offer letters through JazzHR which uses HelloSign and it has likely saved us at least 1.5 hours of work, down to 20-30 minutes to get a offer letter together. We can set the order of who signs the offer letters: e.g., first go to HR to review, then goes to the hiring manager and finally the candidates can sign through HelloSign. I love that HelloSign updates everyone in the process through email and also sends reminders if a document hasn't been signed. This has helped us to get offer letters back much more quickly. We started using HelloSign for any document that required a signature. Once everyone signs, it will email you a copy of the PDF with signature. Review Source Yassine A. ceo Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "HelloSign is a perfect tool for documents eSignature" June 9, 2021 5.0 HelloSign helps me a lot on the legal aspect of my business because it allows me to sign contracts with international customers, I just have to send the contract to their email and collect the signed documents instantly and this saves me from a lot of hassle that I would have to deal with if I wasn’t using hellosign. The dashboard is also super useful because I can track which documents are completed and which ones aren’t signed yet. Pros HelloSign is an easy to use tool and it’s also mobile-friendly, it allows me to save a lot of time by using my pre-saved templates whenever I'm onboarding a new client and because I don’t waste time on getting the contract ready I usually have my clients sign the contract while we’re still on the onboarding call so we can get the legal documents out of the way and start as soon as possible. Cons Unfortunately, hellosign can’t integrate with payments processors like Stripe and PayPal so it’s not possible to collect payments from customers as they sign the contract. Other softwares are SO expensive and we can use this as much as we need without increases based on usage Cons The only complaint I have is that you can't send 2 separate documents in the same email or contract and download them separately. We use invoice and PO (send PO for orders keep invoices for us) and I cant send in just one document. Have to do it separately. However this is not a big deal.
