Its super easy and laid back and clients rarely ever have problems Cons I dislike that the contract expires after 30 days. It makes my job so much easier and saves me time. Pros This is a more affordable option than some of the competitors and is just as functional. Easy to use template features and doesn't limit number of signatures per month. Cons Some of the menu titles and organization is confusing. "Documents" feels very generic - it's not my first instinct to click on when I'm looking for my completed signed documents. Perhaps you could name them: "pending signatures" "completed/ signed documents" Reason for choosing Dropbox Sign Cheaper, more flexible, just as effective as others. Hello Sign is critical for us to be able to run our business functions. We regularly have forms and documents that need signatures and also the multi-party signature functions has been a necessity for our organization. Cons When measuring the spaces for the signatures or other options that we need checked off or signed, it can get a bit tricky especially with smaller font documents. It's extremely easy to use for both me and even the unexperienced recipient. Pros Extremely easy to use, affordable, with great audit trails. It sends messages to all signatories with alerts to sign the document and reminders if the document remains unsigned after several days. All users are notified and sent a copy when the document is fully executed. Cons Biggest drawback for me is lack of a Microsoft Word add-in to upload/sign directly from Word instead of having to log into the website and upload. Other solutions offer this solution and it would be a great timesaver if added. As an organization, we save roughly a half hour per vendor we have to on-board and that is huge when having to deal with many vendors. Cons As a small business, I would like to add additional people at a nominal cost to my team. Getting started with this tool is a good decision Pros Hello Sign with it's Hello Sign API is really contributing a lot to the modern day technology by promoting the electronic signature mechanism. One of the best features of Hello Sign is that people can play with the tool before implementing it first hand. The API is really helpful for mobile signature capturing and storing electronic signature and publish it to document automatically. Also, the whole program is available in JavaScript which makes it very helpful for developers. Cons Surely, not a lot of people know about Hello Sign API. It lacks a lot of promotion.
