In addition, sharing this document with a client who can sign seamlessly without a clunky and frustrating account creation process is a game changer. Night and day better than docusign. Cons Sometimes the placement of signature boxes can glitch when creating the document. Il software presenta diversi campi da poter inserire con un'interfaccia grafica molto comoda, permette di indicare al firmatario dove inferire una firma, una soglia,la data di firma e tanti altri dettagli utili. Si possono allegare altri documenti al documento di firma. I documenti vengono inviati per e mail ed è possibile inserire qualcuno in copia. La firma che si ottiene non è una firma digitale a tutti gli effetti dunque è possibile fare piccole modifiche al file. Cons Spesso si impalla durante la preparazione di documenti e si deve ricominciare da capo. Se si trova un errore in fase di preparazione del file per la firma bisogna chiudere, modificare il file originario e ricominciare il processo da capo sul file nuovo. We chose HelloSign based on that. Today that's no longer the case and there are many products with a better overall UI and user experience (UX), like PandaDoc. Cons The product support for HelloSign is absolutely the worst of any SaaS (cloud-based) document signing product available today. I'm not sure if it's the result of DropBox acquiring them and trying to save money, or what but if you have the option to choose a solution like this go with PandaDoc or even Docusign. October 3, 2019 3.0 Overall, for the cost, this product is great. If I need additional functionality, I'll pay the additional cost for another product. But, this does basically all the things I need for a fraction of the cost. Pros HelloSign is extremely easy to use. There's basically no training required. It's all straightforward. Items can be required or optional. Text fields, signatures, initials, etc., can be added by drag and drop. Templates can be created from any document. It's also very low cost compared to similar products. Cons We use HelloSign through Brokermint for real estate brokerage transactions. I wasn't able to save an e-sign document draft, then come back to finish it later. I had to either complete the document or lose it. There isn't a strike through feature, as is common with these products, so the workaround is to insert a text box over existing text and use underscores to strike it. I'm required to add a signer to every document, even if it's myself, but sometimes I just want to add a textbox and save it without needing a signature. Also, as an admin, I wanted the ability to access documents of users, but I don't think that's possible. I was only able to access documents to which I was the creator or a signer. This platform allowed our small startup to have the same resources that large enterprises use and allowed us to get signatures quickly and efficiently to keep our business moving forward. Pros HelloSign is simple, intuitive, and quick to set up and use. Whether we are onboarding new hires, partnering with contractors, or signing on new customers, we have used HelloSign to simplify the back and forth of the signature process. It eliminates the need for printing and signing and provides a safe and secure platform for managing all of our contractual documents. Cons The template system can be a bit confusing and tough to edit. There are some tedious processes that are required if you don't set up the files correctly the first time. Once you have a better understanding of the platform, these mistakes are easily avoidable. We execute a number of agreements on a daily/weekly basis, and HelloSign makes the process absolutely seamless. It is 100% worth the cost. Pros I entered the workforce 10 years ago. The company I worked at was a heavy deal and sign off company, and I was constantly running around the office with a manila folder and a pen to get signatures from everyone I needed. If I lost my document before getting the 10 signatures I needed, I would have to start all over from the bottom of the chain. If HelloSign existed when I was an assistant, I would have gotten so many wasted hours back. HelloSign is a product that I will not be able to work without from hereon out. I was introduced to it in my current position, at the very first moment that I had to sign on boarding paperwork. I fell in love almost instantly. HelloSign allows you to prepare one digital document for execution by as many people as needed. You can set the order that people sign, insert fields for them to type in pertinent information, and send out the document with a few clicks of a button. It is legally binding. I can't write enough about how amazing HelloSign is. I have literally never had a negative experience with it. I wish I could use my business account for everything -- signing leases and personal documents would be a breeze with this thing. Cons There is nothing that I don't like about this software. I'm struggling to think of something that frustrates me -- ah. Here's one: sometimes, when you upload a contract and there's not enough height on the lines, it's difficult to create signing fields that don't overlap. I do not have any complaints about the functionality of the product and I recommend this to my employees all the time to purchase for their personal use. Pros Dropbox Sign is easy to use and it is easy to set up templates. I use Dropbox Sign weekly and I send out about 10 forms each week that require signatures. These documents contain sensitive information and the audit trail ensures that only authorized signers access the files. This product is convenient when we need signatures that we cannot obtain in person or that would take longer to schedule a time to meet in person to get the signature. It also helps save on paper which I otherwise may lose track of it. Cons While the price point is fair, I do wish it was a tidbit cheaper. I do not use it to it's full extent because I do not need to, so another basic tier option for the monthly payment would be appreciated. The user interface and the user experience are all perfect and easy to use. For someone who never used the product before, I did not have to reach out to anyone to learn how to use this product and was self taught because of how easy it is. Pros I like the fact that Dropbox has changed its name from HelloSign. There were minor changes but the spirit and essence of the product remained the same thankfully. We don't see us switching over to any other platform any time soon. Besides the one flaw this software has, it has shown several solutions for flaws found in competitors. Pros The software is really user friendly. We switched over from a competitor due to the lower price with HelloSign. They fit our needs perfectly and we love that we don't get limited to how many documents we can send a year which was an issue with every single competitor I have come across with. Cons You can't modify a document after it's been sent. Sometimes one customer has signed but the document isn't complete until all parties have signed. This is the only flaw I have seen. It can make it difficult as sometime we decide only one customer signature is good, then we can't simply remove the other person who won't sign off of it. This makes us have to recreate the entire envelope to resend to customer and explain to them why they are resigning. Having this feature would save everyone a lot of time and would be greatly appreciated. Not only do we use it for our internal HR and hiring needs, but we also have HelloSign integrated into our software so that our customers can sign their contracts without any issue. HelloSign offers reminder emails and also sends completed forms to all parties. It's so easy to use and maintain and super customizable. Love it! Cons I have never had any issues using HelloSign, but I am not on the team that integrated it into our internal software. I am not sure how technically difficult that was, but we have rarely encounter bugs. I was told (before Dropbox acquired Hello Sign) that I was added to a long list of users who need this. I desperately still want this feature. I manage documents for eight states, and currently I have to scroll through 16 or so pages to research or find existing documents.Second, it was confused by "Add Template" on the "Send for Signature" section. In my mind, that indicated I wanted to create a template, but it didn't make sense since there is a "Template" tab. Now that I know, I know, but that was confusing as a new user. Reason for choosing Dropbox Sign This is related to the next Q as there isn't room to explain or comment: We utilize Salesforce NPSP and the Ops team administrators indicate integrating Dropbox and Salesforce appears to be difficult. It provides exactly what we need without spending a small fortune. Pros The ease of use and set up is amazing. The pricing structure is transparent. We used another well know esign app and they increased our cost 1000% even though we had an unlimited package. I have never had any issue with HelloSign.
