Service Director Legal Services Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Great product and fantastic value for the price" January 5, 2022 4.0 HelloSign was used to allow us to send contracts to our client and have them digitally sign and return them without the need to print, scan and email back the signed "hard copies". For us, HelloSign did exactly what we needed it to do, implementation was very fast and easy and the user interface was intuitive and easy to use. Pros Moving from managing contracts "offline" to using HelloSign had a great positive impact on workflow and efficiency. Being able to quickly and easily send contracts, set reminders and have clients sign and return contracts from their computers and mobile devices has significantly improved workflow and turnaround time. Cons I found that working on a mobile device was difficult and occasionally glitchy - sizing was not always correct and saves did not always seem to synchronize. Review Source JB Jay B. Pros The ability to sign documents, it offers nothng else of any value. Cons While useful, the program locked me out of it for some reason (after paying $350 for the year) and i couldn't get any assitance from customer service. my recommendation is to go with a more reputable signature provider. Pros HelloSign is an excellent alternative to the bigger name(s) in document signing. It's fast to set up, easy/intuitive to use, and the admin controls are just right. The product is fast, not sticky to my recollection, and hasn't failed me in the 2+ years I've used it. I would recommend it to any small to midsize business that needs forms signed by, and attestations from, remote team members. Cons HelloSign meets all of my expectations for ease of use, ease of deployment and security. It makes it easy to gather all of the players’ signatures by simply sharing a link to the site, and all of the signed documents are saved and accessible online. Cons It would be nice if there was a better way of organizing the signed documents, and an easy way to automatically rename the documents using a custom naming convention. We are now able to send and receive letters in a fast and efficient manner. As mentioned, any document you send over for signature, you can view when a person sees it so there is no need for additional follow up with the potential receiver on whether they received the document or not. It has truly helped me save time and candidates who receive our offer letter through hellosign, are able to sign easily without any complications. Pros I love how easy hellosign makes it to obtain electronic signatures on any document. You can easily drag and drop any document or can manually upload the docs. As a user, I'm able to upload a document and assign signature fields easily. An added benefit is that you get a notification when someone views your document as well as a notification when it has been signed. Depending on your settings, you can receive the signed documents in a pdf that is sent to your email. If you have a various forms that you don't want to bundle into a signed packet, you can change your settings so you receive each signed form individually. We use to have a manual signing process for our offer letters which took alot of time and created many hiccups. With hellosign, we are able to upload our offer letter package and get a quick turnaround time on signatures. Cons The maincon that I see with this platform is the lack of signature options. I wish there were more styles available. Also, when you upload multiple documents, it can take awhile to load. I am not sure if it was just my computer being slow but this has happened on a few occasions. Review Source MC Margie C. June 14, 2022 3.0 The benefit of hellosign is that it does what it should on a basic level. In regards to price increase and level of service it really needs to work on this to justify its increase. Pros I like the ease of the software but some basic features need to be really considered. Cons Customer care team, In the instance of an emergency you can wait over 48 hours which is not ideal when you are using the product daily. The team also just seem to say I have escalated the problem via email. It is very frustrating considering prices have gone up in 1 year by over $200 and the care team just seem not care/try to solve the issues. We have had an ongoing issue since April that is not resolved. Feature wise it is a shame that Hellosign haven't added (considering they have put their prices up so high) to amend documents that have been signed by 1 party and not the other. Easy to send templates out and it's my goto for signing. Pros I love how Hellosign is a dropbox company. As an early adopter of dropbox I knew this would be a hit. Better priced for sole operators and a very easy tool to implement. I send the compliance documents and they come back signed fast so I can progress to lodging deals. Cons It would be nice to be able to keep the signatures in place but replace the document. Sometimes when I have added the signature locations I spot a mistake on the document in which I amend and reupload. With competitors you can replace a document and the signatures stay in the same location saving time. With hellosign you do need to go back and add all the signatures again. November 22, 2021 5.0 I used to print out and have clients read over a contract in person, which was a waste of everyone's time. Now I can send it ahead of time, get covered before I show up, and it allows the clients to ask questions about the contract before I arrive. Pros I like that it's easy for clients to use, it is very customizable, you can create templates for frequently sent contracts and you can require multiple signatures (including from yourself). Cons Honestly, the only challenge I had with the software was in the beginning learning where everything lived. But it is still a very easy to use program. It made it easy for me to rapidly create a contract template that I could reuse when signing up new clients. Other extra functions make it far more helpful than it seems, but I didn't really have to apply many of them because I only needed them for a small task. Cons I had one issue with HelloSign, and it was hard to discover the section I was looking for. I wanted to create a template contract that would be a link on my website that people could click to quickly and easily sign the document, but I couldn't figure out where to do that or how to set up the layout appropriately.
