So regardless if they are home or on the job site, we can close the deal from anywhere. Cons The only thing I don't like is the inability to edit contract without having to resend it. Sometimes I get in a bit of hurry and forget to add one thing and then I have to go back and redo the whole contract. June 16, 2022 5.0 Pros I really needed a software that would help me send contracts and received them signed quicker than I had previously been able to. I was filling out every contract and emailing it to the client and waiting for them to email, mail, or fax it back. Switching the hellosign was a breath of fresh air. It freed up so much of my time and I wasn't having to hunt down the contracts anymore. They were showing up in my inbox quicker than they ever did. It makes it easier on me and on the customer. I really like that it sends a notification when it is viewed and when it is signed. Hellosign has made my work life less stressful and I have more time to focus on other things that need my attention. Cons I would like a little more customizeability in the area of creating the blank spaces or checkboxes for the client to answer. I wish there was an option to add multiple lines for a customer to enter a longer form answer. I don't really have any complaints. It meets my needs at the moment. Pros I am a personal business user of this tool and have also been the IT project manager to implement this tool university-wide. It is extremely user friendly and it's a very versatile tool. It is also priced very reasonably for the features available and is a smart addition or any size of organization. You can e-sign your own personal documents or send it out to multiple users and designate the order of signing. It is compliant with the esign act (which note, not all tools in the marketplace are) so that makes a huge difference when needing that compliance for legal documents. You also get an attached signing trail to show the workflow activity. Simply upload a pdf or other word doc and place the signing or initials boxes where they need to be. You can change font size and also save your signature for future uses. You also have a document repository that saves your documents. Team accounts are very handy since multiple users can manage incoming files. You can also embed documents on websites for customers. Very smooth and I've never had any hiccups. Customer service is very responsive and they have a good support knowledgebase. Other things I appreciate is the ease of Google integration for sign-on and also signing docs right out of a Google doc. Cons I think that the document repository can use some more filtering or organizational tools so teams can manage incoming documents more effectively. HelloSign helps to make that easier to accomplish. Pros I find that in using Hello Sign I am much more likely to receive documents that I need returned back from clients returned in a timely manner. They do not have to scan them, sign them and then email them back. They simply sign them and reply. It is easier for them and they sign them and return them immediately so there is no delay in communication and it keeps me in compliance. Cons I do not feel that I have used it long enough to speak to this at present. Perhaps in the future I will feel differently. Pros I like the ability to send a contract, get a signature and that both parties received the signed document. HelloSign is very efficient for that. Cons I think there should be a document editor integrated in the platform so that we can write contracts & modify them from a template. The only way to use a template is that each contract is identical. For instance, I should be able to have a contract as a template and change the list of services per contract instead of having to re upload a new one each time. The representative was very kind and offered competitive pricing. Pros We integrate Dropbox Sign with with our contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, and it works effortlessly! When used effectively by the counterparty, it becomes a useful tool for getting contracts signed and countersigned quickly so that we can store them in our files. Our company's representative loves it particularly because she can countersign agreements on the go at any time. Cons We have the most complications when we have to send contracts outside of the CLM system. Counterparties are often confused on how to re-assign signature requests, and I have to help them locate the re-assign button. I have recently copied counterparties to receive fully executed agreements, but then they follow up with me days later asking about the agreement, which tells me they are not reaching their inboxes. I wish it were possible to change the signer on the administrative end as well as a way for other users to access the signed agreements, because we have members of the team who did not sign the agreement but require access.
