It is very comparable to DocuSign but at a cheaper price point. Cons There was a slight learning curve as I was used to docusign, but once I dove in, it is very similar to use. If I do have a problem, I can't pick up the phone and call someone. And when I was initially signing up, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] rescheduled my webex about 3 times, finally I said forget it. Lucky for me - HelloSign is user friendly and we all figured it out. Pros I get the paperwork back faster. I don't have to wait for the Captain to go home, print, scan, and send back to me. The other one was very complicated and we had to jump through way too many hoops to use it for our simple needs. HelloSign has been easy to use from the start! Pros HelloSign is very easy to use and navigate. It makes it so much easier to work remotely and still get our important work accomplished. Cons The auto-logout feature is good, but logging in again requires me to refresh the screen. I reviewed a number of companies that offerred this service and found HelloSign to be less expensive with the same needed features as other companies. While I had not heard of Hello Sign, I decided to take a chance and give them a try. I am glad I did as the application works well for me. Cons I have yet to master templates. I tried in the beginning but had some problems getting up and running. I recall being frustrated not seing good documentation here. I need to try again. Template cloning would be a nice thing to have. Pros Allows to upload Word and PDF documents. Allos also for the usage of templates. Many fields can be added for any signers. Easy and fast! Cons It still needs the ability to sort documents by folder or assign keywords to find them easily. I wish we could reupload a document if it needs changes without having to resend the entire thing in a new document. It's the most exciting product I use! Pros Easy to use, can upload contracts from word, google, PDFs, etc. Easy to sign, send and execute legal and binding contracts from all parties needed. Cons Inability to "forward" the contract. Sometimes there's more than 1 step in the approval process and I have to add a initial spot in order to add multiple people to the contract and for it to go in a specific order. Not a big deal, but had a learning curve to figure this out initially. We also have an audit trail of documents which is crucial in my business Pros The software is easy to use for us but also for my clients. I love the audit trail sheet too. It saved us $2,000 a year in postage alone plus we get documents back so much faster than before. Cons No major cons the product works as it supposes to we are very happy. CEO Information Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "The Worst Customer Service" September 26, 2020 2.0 We integrated HelloSign API in our Platform and offered it to our customers. Overall, the experience was OK until they downgraded our account somehow automatically. We were on a pre-paid yearly Gold API plan of having up to 500 API calls. One month we sent more than 500 and they tried to upgrade our account to Platimum which didn't work because our card bounced (due to a some sort of a limit). Then they cancelled our GOLD account, kicked all teammates from the account and put us on FREE. It's been more than a week and we still are unable to use the service because their support reps are not capable to understand what happened and how to fix it. Pros HelloSign offered relatively good value for the money e-sign product. Cons Their Customer Service is extremely slow. Our account manager never replied, their customer support reps are dragging problems for weeks that are critical and time sensitive. Review Source TV Tania V. This became an important tool when our company transitioned to working from, and then again when we moved to paperless employee records. Pros I really, really like how easy it is to get it up and running. I like that it recognizes pre-existing fields and that I can fill out parts of the form without adding myself as a signer. Cons We didn't integrate with another software, and as someone who used DocuSign before I felt like in comparison this was very easy and straightforward. It was little annoying that you HAVE to include a subject line but not a deal breaker. Also I wish it was easier to see whose signatures are on a document from the search results. I send out a lot of policies and I use autofill so they all have the same subject line. If i'm looking for someone specific I have to hover over the details part. Pros Extremely easy to use in terms of uploading documents and creating fields. Cons There is no way to create new fields that can also autofill like NAME. We have applications that require the same information on multiple pages and being able to create a new field like DOB that populates further would be a time saver.
