Pros Easy to use and we can create our own category. It is very flexible as well as easy to use. also easily to access. Cons There are not much about least things. We use it both internally and for external stakeholders that access part of the system. Pros What we especially like about the product is the seamless integration to Episerver - it saves us a lot of time and money! Long gone are the days where we have to upload and manage media in multiple places, or having to rescale and crop images with the EpiServer connector. With ImageVault, we have it all in one place and the tool automatically resizes an image to fit. ImageVault makes it easy to cooperate with media assets and send media to different recipients. The API was easy to use – in addition to EpiServer, we have connected the tool to another system. Just brilliant. Another extremely valuable aspect is the continuous support and cooperation, we get from the ImageVault-team. They are fast, reliable and always ready to answer our questions, or provide us with the necessary assistance. Cons Don't really have any cons, we're satisfied with the tool. Single source of truth for all images Pros Ease of use and excellent integration to Episerver Vault feature; access limits for buckets of users and images Custom formats export Version management, replacing an image with a new version also replaces all instances of its publications Powerpoint integration; alleasy access to all images in powerpoint Perfect customer service Cons Some features are hidden and requires many clicks Somewhat slow when organizing new images Video support only for for beginners, as the use and requirements grow Imagevault is insufficient for video. Systems Coordinator Hospitality Used the software for: 2+ years ### "A tool filled with great functionality that helps us save time and organize our media files" March 9, 2021 5.0 We used to organize our media files on local file servers with complicated folder structures, this made manually finding the right media for the right purpose very time consuming and hard. After we started using ImageVault together with Episerver our experience has been totally different. Through using filters and categories, we easily find the media we are looking for and with a few clicks they are published on our website. Pros The most impactful functionality is being able to have all our media files in one place. The tool is equipped with great ways to organize and tag photos and videos to let us easily find what we are looking for, considering the vast amount of photos we have in ImageVault. Connecting this tool together with Episerver has totally changed our experience with publishing new content, making it very seamless and easy. You just got to try it for yourself. Meriworks also have a skilled set of people ready to help you if you need assistance with using the software, or have any other questions. Would definitely recommend. Pros We use ImageVault as an image engine for our website and intranet. We also offer all employees to be able to find images via a self-developed interface, a bit like our own online stock photos bank. It is very much appreciated. Pros In addition to having everything in one place, we can easily find the images we need when working in our everyday tools such as Episerver, MS Office and InDesign. For us who are a geographically dispersed organization, it is very convenient that we can have a common platform to manage media files and access rights for them. One thing that stands out compared to other software vendors is the always great and personal service. Pros ImageVault is easy to use and meets our need in a DAM product. Love the sharing feature, now we don't need to download and send images any more. Should I ever stop using the other systems, ImageVault would still be the natural choice to keep for our media management. Pros The system works very well for our needs and fills a perfect position as central media hub for our organization. The team behind ImageVault are very helpful to work with and give us great support if needed. The ImageVault Media gallery is an especially nice add-on that filled our need for a reseller portal. Pros It's great that you can create your own categories fast and easy without using the backend. Cons The integration with EPiServer has been a bit buggy when it comes to the editing of images. It allows us to have different user set-ups, and I also like the improved search-function and the latest automatic tag-function on our images. Pros It's easy to use and the software team often release helpful updates - such as plug-ins for InDesign and Photoshop. Cons It can be a bit slow from time to time. And I'd also prefer if the plug-ins in InDesign and Photoshop allowed me to choose from different vaults, rather than listing all of our images in Imagevaut. Review Source BN Bente N.
