### "Great way to see projects at a glance."

Pros

It's easy to see the status of a project, and to notify others on how it's going. Our team has used it to communicate with remote staff and found it very helpful. Colours, symbols, and percentages clearly show the progress of a project.

Cons

I wish there was a way to manage the notifications and customize them more. Also, some functions are difficult to customize sometimes I have found there is no "edit" feature at all! So more customizability would be helpful.

My work tried out TeamGantt for about a year. The software functions well, but if you’ve got project reviewers who dilly dally be prepared for your review workspace to get overwhelmingly cluttered.

Abundance of features and ways to view data

Cons

Gets cluttered very quickly if you’ve got a lot of jobs

Pros

Easy to create with robust options to create a detailed Gantt chart.

Cons

Only downside is you can only have one project with the free trail.

Pros

I liked the look and interface of this program.

Cons

I though this would serve a basic need and on first appearance it look's amazing, however the program lags, it's glitches and it continually drop you out of your account page and projects. The tutorial lags. I signed up for a subscription and cancelled it on the same day. We currently use MS project and we have 5 extremely busy PM's. I would not recommend anyone to use this program as all our PM's could not get this program to complete the most basic functions.

Great calendar views and timeline for project management.

Pros

I love the visual that the timeline calendar gives you. This helps me manage my time so much. I also love that I can filter by everyone or specific people on the team. This gives me a much more focused view of the todo calendar.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve to the software. There are some cool video tutorials but i'd love a little more of an interactive approach to learning how to use TeamGantt more effectively.

Pros

This software is very user friendly to use. It has all of the features of MS Project but in a cloud version that is visually more attractive and easier to use. Tough to beat if you just want to develop and mange a Gantt chart.

Cons

I do not like the pricing model as the fees quickly add up. For a standard plan, there is a minimum of 5 users. This seems unnecessary to me. Also, the customer service is not super fast. Do not expect real time support.

Pros

TeamGantt provides seamless tools to make sure that you and your team can see the entire Gantt chart and all of your dependencies. Our team appreciates the reminders it can send you about tasks and due dates, and my manager can quickly look at this and see where we are with projects.

Cons

TeamGantt currently doesn't have a mobile app, which means you have to be on your desktop to use this. I wish we had that functionality since many of our team members have to work remotely.

Guys did a very good job - TeamGantt is web based, easy to use, intuitive project management application. App's capabilities to suite majority of small and mid-size projects. Fair price/value ratio.

Pros

Drag and Drop (re-order) tasks and its length, easy ownership assigment, good notification system.

Cons

It was a bit difficult to negotiate special conditions for EU customers (e.g. EU legislation requirements regarding data privacy), however they found the way how to fix it at the end.

Initially, the interface was less intuitive than I would have liked. However, I was able to quickly adapt and would consider myself more than proficient. It took less than one week to develop this level of proficiency. I see no reason to pursue another project management solution.

This app is really great for project progress visualizations and tracking.

Pros

I loved the calendar view which allows one to see how much work they have set our for the month. It also makes it easy to see how many tasks are falling behind jus by seeing the color codes of each task

Cons

I would love more integrations to be made available for this app

Pros

TeamGantt has provided a brilliant collaborative project-management tool for my dynamic team. The UI is easy to navigate and attractive, and the simple layout allows for easy assignment of tasks.

Cons

One of the major downsides is the lack of in-app notifications. I'd much prefer not using my email to gather these notifications, as it adds another tool i have to regularly reference to stay current.

The software has a good way to organize projects and sub-projects in a hierarchy and to easily assign resources to various tasks.

Cons

The visual user experience isn't very good. I found it difficult to rescale the views so that I could see the relevant projects, and it's not easy to gauge progress at a quick glance.
