Bit too many features for my teams use, but that is not necessarily bad thing :) Pros Easy to visualise projects and status of the project / tasks. Intuitive to use. Cons Using TeamGantt, I've noticed a couple of challenges. First, getting used to it took me some time. Even though it's designed to be user-friendly, the sheer number of features and the complexity of Gantt charts were a bit overwhelming at first. It wasn't just a plug-and-play experience; I had to invest time in learning how to use it effectively. Secondly, the cost has been a consideration for me. As part of a small team with a tight budget, I found TeamGantt's pricing a bit steep for what we needed. While I appreciate its comprehensive features, I sometimes wonder if we could get by with a more affordable solution that still meets our basic project management needs. You can also immediately have a glimpse at how your project is going by looking at the calendar view and checking if you are meeting the scheduled deadlines. Pros Very easy to use, in just a few minutes using drag&drop you can create your first gantt chart and add all the needed tasks with their priorities and deadlines. Pros In my company , we often have several things going on at once. When there were fewer projects and they were simpler, I was able to retain track of them with an agenda and written task lists. TeamGantt not only helps me see the big picture of all my projects at once, but it also lets me quickly schedule activities for each one so that I never have to deal with a sudden influx of work. My project management has improved as a result.Depending on whether or not my team and I are ahead or behind schedule, I can rearrange our project's priorities. Having a dependency on anything else makes this a breeze. If you change one thing, all the other things that depend on it will shift accordingly. Regular updates sent directly to my inbox keep me apprised of my work and alert me to impending deadlines. Cons It's not perfect, but I've managed to pull off several major projects using it. Even though my jobs aren't directly dependant on one other, I'd still like for them to switch simultaneously if their dependencies do. I know this is a difficult problem to solve, but it would be useful if we could at least categorize these. The features are plentiful and it works well. Pros The features that I used most and liked the most with TeamGantt were the task scheduling. It works well and is reliable. Cons The thing that I liked least about TeamGantt was that there is no desktop app for the Apple computers. I did download it but because it was made for iPad and iPhone it was small and had some issues. If they made a desktop for Apple I would switch back. The breakdown in time can be precisely adjusted as well. Pros In particular, I like the ability to quickly assess which projects are behind schedule, as this information forms the basis of my Monday team meetings. Cons At first, the magnitude of the situation seems excessive. One feature we'd want to have is the option to toggle on and off the display of all projects at once on a gantt chart.
