Pros: Can convert all your paper documents into electronically controlled and review documents that you can easily send to a potential employee

Cons: Needs some updates to allow sorting, dual signatures and easier sorting of grouped documents. In addition this platform could be expanded to create all types of document retention, such as for sales, training and contracts.

Pros: That reminders are automatically sent the the new hire each week until all paperwork is compete. That takes the burden off of me.

Cons: Slow times in moving from form to form in the approval process and slow downloads. This seems to be the case for forms that have a lot of wording or graphics.

Pros: The functionality, the flow, how easy it is to train new staff members on. The updates that happen to occur just as I am thinking...wouldn't it be cool if... Constantly improving the product without disrupting the flow. (that is HUGE)

Great tool for onboarding especially! Makes compiling employee information a breeze!

Pros: I really like how easy it is to use and how efficient it is! It also has a very clean look to it and looks very professional.

Cons: I wish that administrators could do more for onboarding paperwork like being able to make simple corrections without having to launch into kiosk mode.

Overall: It makes paperwork and onboarding so easy! It takes up much less time, which is nice.

Pros: I love that my staff members can complete forms from their phones and that reminders are automated. Our seasonal business must on board many staff members each spring and this system allows me to manage those forms, much more easily and with fewer errors. I have ONE issue with an incorrect bank account and it was from the one person who did not use work bright to submit those details.

Cons: Would like to be able to send text reminders in addition to emails. Younger employees don't use emails often. Would love to be able to run a report and bulk upload to date to payroll program.

Overall: Huge savings in time spent following up with staff members regarding missing forms.

Pros: can make any document digital, signed sealed and delivered as a PDF. easy to access from any source, PC, Tablet, Smartphone. printed document , event signatures looks great. eliminates paper for the on-boarding process

Cons: wish I could have an employee sign a document, then send it to an HR admin to sign, instead of preloading our signature. Need to be able to sort by group to see what documents you have in each group more easily. Would be nice to customize your documents with you logo and have the ability to add field or edit the document after uploaded when changes to wording needs to be made on the fly. example, AdobeSign. Would be nice to had added features to do things such as AdobeSign and me have one vendor instead of two, hint hint. I could also see this expanded into a training product for online virtual self lead training., hint, hint.

Overall: eliminates paperwork and printing of all the document necessary for onboarding. Gives full control to the applicant to fill them all out without having to be at your facility. Once received, you can review before you accept it and send it back for revision.

This was our first year with Workbright and it saved a lot of entry time

Pros: The fact that new hires could access it and complete the paperwork online at their convenience and we could edit if additional information was needed to complete hiring process.

Cons: Download of data for new hires if wanted in another place (changing he titles or knowiing what was download) identify the file better

Overall: Having not to hire additional help.

Pros: easily read, simple to use, easily managed, separation of required and optional forms. It would be nice to have folders in optional forms for easier look up and storage.

Cons: cannot add document to existing document, I would like to see closed staff listed separately and folders in options forms.

Cons: As an administrator for the account, I wish I was able to receive email notifications when "New Hires" are entered into the system.

Pros: Easy to use and my guys in the field easily understand it. They are out in the field and are not computer savvy.

Cons: Nothing lol. We love this system. Takes away from mounds of paperwork and easy for the guys in the field

Pros: I like how easy and obvious it is to use. I can run a report without having to learn how first. It is intuitive.

Cons: I don't think I can upload the WorkBright info into my QuickBooks. I must open two screens to transfer the information, and that's where mistakes occur.

It was easy to set up and get all the paper downloaded.

Pros: I can access it anywhere when licensing shows up at my site. I can also see if my employees are up to date on paperwork or if they need to do something.

Cons: I wish there was a way to delete your (old) own file so you can upload (new file) without waiting for admin department to reject the old one first.

Pros: HOW ORGANIZED AND EASY IT IS TO USE. I LIKE HOW YOU CAN UPLOAD IT SO EASILY, AND HOW EVERYONE IS EASY TO FIND.

Cons: NO COMMENT. I HAVE NO CONS AS I HAVE NOT USED THIS ENOUGH TO KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. I THINK JUST LEARNING TO USE IT WAS INTERESTING, BUT IT WILL BE A LOT EASIER TO USE ONCE EVERYTHING IS FIGURED OUT.

Pros: ability to track the staff and limit the staff time used for on-boarding and ease of use for the staff member. we have seen staff paperwork more accurate and returned in a more timely manner using the system.

Cons: would like an easy way to move staff forms from one year to the next. if a form is good for multiple years be able to accept for the second year without resubmitting.

Pros: The ease of it and the technology keeps getting better based on what would work best for our company. Keeping up with the technology and working with companies needs is huge!

Cons: Not set up for people who do not have emails. No way to upload several documents at once in supplemental files. Need a multiple file upload or drag and drop.

It has been a great experience from the first contact through implementation.

Pros: Onboarding is very user friendly, easy to set up and maintain. Has made our onboarding experience, particularly with international staff, much more efficient and complete.

Cons: Applicant Tracking System is less user friendly, no helpful how-tos, would like the ability to customize emails.

Pros: all staff forms are at your fingertips and easy to access. Easy to use as it is very user friendly. The quality of the images are good as well.

Cons: hard to track training hours and internet connectivity at our school sites, which is not a WorkBright issue.

I have already recommended Workbright to other organizations. This is a great system!

Pros: How easy it is to assign forms to employees to fill out and then how easy it is to review the completed forms.

Cons: It needs some way to sort the entire group of employees into sub-units and then be able to generate group e-mails to whatever groups I select.

Pros: The web form feature is the most helpful for our employees.
I like the reports, the ability to sign multiple I-9s and the customer service.

Cons: I would like to see more notification features. We receive an email when we have completed an I-9, but would like an email letting the Company Admin that an employee has completed the entire process (new hire paperwork & I-9 signed).

Overall: A more streamlined hiring process.

It has been easy to setup and maintain with the help of the support team as well as the "How To" .

Pros: I love that it is helping us waste less paper. Also the ease of having staff fill out onboarding paperwork, even if they are in Germany.

Cons: (For ATS) I dislike that I cannot customize it myself. I don't like asking for help when I am sure it is probably a easy fix that I might could have done myself. Our rep has been great! I just wish I didn't have to bother him so much.

Pros: HELPFUL STAFF. Ease of use. Can be used and accessed anywhere. Willingness of staff to implement new features and tailor the experience to the client.

Cons: Well, there's always the question of security because it's online. Sometimes staff puts information in that is obviously wrong (current year for birth year) and only THEY can fix that. HR cannot.

Overall: WorkBright centralizes payroll which works really well for remote sites with limited storage. It allows staff to complete their paperwork prior to arriving to camp, which increases efficiency.

WorkBright just makes our life better!

Cons: creating access "tree"
uploading information.

Overall: has been a little cumbersome to get started loading documents and setting the access "tree" of who has access to what information. however the rest of the on boarding has been easy.

Pros: It makes it easy to keep track of paperwork for all staff.

Cons: Sometimes it can be a bit tricky with setting up different documents and what can or can not change from year to year.

Overall: Last year was our first year using WorkBright for our staff paperwork. We found that it was very user friendly, and our staff enjoyed getting to do it all on their computer or phones rather than sitting down filling out papers. WorkBright made it easy to keep track of who had completed what as well. We are excited to continue with WorkBright this year!

Pros: Organizes the hiring and HR function of our camps

Cons: Older candidates and staff that are not very tech savvy struggle with it.

Overall: Workbright will lighten your HR load without question. No more file cabinets lining your office. The process is easy to learn and the customer service department is exceptional. All of your concerns will be addressed in a very timely manner. It beats having a subscription to several different job boards.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do not fear technology. The customer service reps are top notch and prompt about dealing with issues that manifest themselves.

Comments: Very happy with the ease of the on-boarding process from an administrative approach and have not heard any issues from the employee perspective. Systems have been improving since the implementation of our use and continue to be happy with the progress. Customer input is valued. Hope to see more capacity and capabilities in the near future for maintaining digital personnel files to eliminate paper and/or need for a secondary digital storage site.

Comments: We run a mutli-location seasonal camp business and used to spend SO much time organizing and chasing paperwork. Workbright has remedied that situation. Our employees have raved about the ease of the system and I have such peace of mind knowing that I can easily view (from almost anywhere) exactly what is in everyone's file. It is also incredibly customizable and when we do have questions and/or issues Workrbright is immediate in contacting us. They have really thought through the onboarding experience (from both the employer and employee side) and developed something that has made a time consuming nightmare of a process if I dare-say easy...

Cons: We have 32 hotels and need one dashboard vs. 32. Also needs to be a better system to put current Team Members on WorkBright without uploading 2000 Team Member scans...

Overall: LOVE the customer service has been exceptional! From the first call to set up and support your team is wonderful to work with. Very Satisfied as there are several enhancement that our company has recommended that are going to make WorkBright Great for us. Thanks for your willingness to hear what your users need to get the most out of WorkBright!
