It helps ensure we are compliant with I-9 completion, automatically sends to E-Verify, and keeps a record of all submissions and cases. It also tracks when a document is expiring so that we can reverify the employee. The chat help desk is also a great resource. Cons It would be great if WorkBright could integrate with our HRIS to make the process even easier. It isn't difficult to add the information for a new hire, however having it sync directly from our HRIS would take one step out of the process. The fact that new hires can fill out everything from their phones is a game-changer—no more chasing people down for paperwork.
