I like how it provides good detailed information. it also hardly gets information wrong. Cons right now i do not have anything that i do not like about the system. People Business Partner Used the software for: 3-5 years ### "WorkBright For Compliance Confidence and Effeciency " February 12, 2026 5.0 WorkBright has been a great resource for our company, drastically decreasing the amount of time we spent administratively completing I-9s, and Pros WorkBright is incredibly easy to use, both as an admin and a user. It helps ensure we are compliant with I-9 completion, automatically sends to E-Verify, and keeps a record of all submissions and cases. It also tracks when a document is expiring so that we can reverify the employee. The chat help desk is also a great resource. Cons It would be great if WorkBright could integrate with our HRIS to make the process even easier. It isn't difficult to add the information for a new hire, however having it sync directly from our HRIS would take one step out of the process. Review Source Melinda C. While you can’t request a free trial of this software they do offer a demo. Cons This is a pretty pricey product if you are a small or new business and I don’t love that there is not a free trial offered. The transition was easy and the efficiency rewards have been huge! We are very happy with this product and would recommend it to any hiring entity. Pros Workbright was extremely effective in streamlining the I9 process. It cut down onboarding times significantly. It also adds an extra layer of protection with having a secondary person verify the candidates identity and really gives a peace of mind for us! Cons If I had to say anything negative, it would be that sometimes the geolocation doesn't work right away and scanning a QR code is needed sometimes. Review Source Jamie G. HR Central Support Used the software for: Less than 1 year ### "Bringing I-9 Verification into the 21st Century" December 8, 2022 5.0 We use Kiosk mode in many of our production units, but the clever use of smart technology to allow for remote verification from authorized persons is what really revolutionized our process with the I-9s, especially for our remote sales team. No more hunting down employees and local HR staff in a three-day crunch. Most of our new hires complete their I-9 before their hire date, which has increased both efficiency and compliance. Pros This was a game-changer for our national company. We used to spend over an hour per I-9 between tracking, reminders to local HR, and hand-keying completed forms into e-Verify. Now, it's just a matter of entering a name, e-mail, and start-date, plus the occasional outreach to the less tech-savvy. It has more than paid for itself in hours-spent and stress relieved, not to mention the increase in our compliance rate.The interface is clean and modern, and the adaptive forms and automatic emails make it an easier process for all. Cons There is a little confusion about the home screen, and the difference between some of the areas, but that will likely clear up when we begin using the software for all our onboarding paperwork.There are consistent mistakes in the entry of Permanent Resident or Green Card numbers--most fail to include the three letters before the number. I plan to suggest this as an improvement. Pros The system time stamps all the paperwork which our legal department loves and the ease of using the system for quick look-ups of a policy signature or form is helpful. Cons Today the platform does not integrate with my HRIS system, but sometimes that is a good thing so that it is a standalone product with easy capability for corporates oversight of multiple locations and HR hiring authorities. " July 8, 2022 5.0 Overall, we love WorkBright and have no plans to switch to another software. The positives highly outweigh the one negative problem we have. Pros The software works well at working behind the scenes to bring all of the onboarding documents together. As an HR Coordinator - its easy to go back and access past documents. We like how multiple people on our team can access, approve, and edit the provided documents. Cons We have issues with the start dates populating from our applicant software - applicantpro. Once the start date is in WorkBright you have to do some very specific navigating to get notifications and alerts properly changed. March 27, 2020 5.0 Has greatly increased our hire to start time! Great feedback from new hires on the ease of submission of the required forms. It seems much less daunting than getting a huge packet of papers & it has saved us on printing costs! Pros Workbright allows new hires to seamlessly onboard digitally & quickly. New hires can upload required information & sign documents all from a mobile device or computer. Administrators can accept or reject submissions, sign Form I-9 and request new submission for new contracts. Groups are easily changed if staff changes positions - providing them with any additional required forms for the new position. We use it for all our I-9 and e-verify needs and must have it now that remote verifications are not allowed to be done through zoom anymore after Covid. We quickly decided to make this a permanent part of our workflow. Employees and admins all love it. Pros Workbright has made our onboarding so much easier and paperwork never gets lost in the shuffle anymore. Cons Workbright does everything we need it to do.
