While you can’t request a free trial of this software they do offer a demo. It has really made being a recruiter easier and saved time in the day. Pros Workbright was extremely effective in streamlining the I9 process. It cut down onboarding times significantly. It also adds an extra layer of protection with having a secondary person verify the candidates identity and really gives a peace of mind for us! Cons If I had to say anything negative, it would be that sometimes the geolocation doesn't work right away and scanning a QR code is needed sometimes. Review Source AL Amy L. Pros Pros: ease and speed for the applicants to apply and ease/speed for hiring managers to manage and integrate the applications. Cons Cons: It would be nice to have an option to download ALL forms into 1 pdf, vs downloading each individual form in the onboarding area. September 25, 2024 5.0 We started using Workbright during the pandemic, as we couldn't meet in person. We continued using it because it was so much easier to use than having employees physically complete forms. We've since implemented an HRIS system but have reverted to using Workbright as it was so much easier for our new hires. Pros It's very simple. It's easy for someone who has no experience in being hired to just answer the questions and sign off on the forms. October 2, 2023 5.0 Pros I don't believe there's a better system out there for tracking the application process when dealing with 100+ new applications each year in an organization with a very competitive hiring process. It allows various team members to communicate within the software to collaborate on hiring decisions. Then, integrating those hired into the on-boarding platform saves a lot of time and our newly hired applicants are able to breeze through the on-boarding requirements due to the ease of use that Workbright allows. They also have maintain great rapport and relationships with their customers! Cons I do wish that I could make edits to my application or the on-boarding documents myself on the back-end without having to submit the requested changes to the company to integrate these changes on the front-end. " July 7, 2022 5.0 Overall, we love WorkBright and have no plans to switch to another software. The positives highly outweigh the one negative problem we have. Pros The software works well at working behind the scenes to bring all of the onboarding documents together. As an HR Coordinator - its easy to go back and access past documents. We like how multiple people on our team can access, approve, and edit the provided documents. Cons We have issues with the start dates populating from our applicant software - applicantpro. Once the start date is in WorkBright you have to do some very specific navigating to get notifications and alerts properly changed. I wish there was a way to soft reset an employee so that dates were accurate! Review Source NK Naballieu K. We can assign times during the day to view and approve submissions then go about the rest of our day. Also, because candidates receive deadlines and email reminders about submitting the required forms, we spend less time on the phone calling around. Pros I probably like the ability to run expiration reports and send requests for new submissions the most. I schedule a day and time each month to run reports of expired documents needing renewal and am able to send the request to as many employees as needed at the same time! Love it. The ability to easily add/remove forms from our onboarding paperwork is a huge feature and the option to assign forms to specific hire groups is also a great feature. Pros WorkBright is extremely user friendly and has met the majority of our needs in regards to new hires. Before implementing WorkBright, our organization did new hire paperwork they old fashion way with hard copies and it lead to a longer process and more room for errors. We highly recommend WorkBright! Cons The only minor con for our organization is that on the main staff page we would like to be able to see which supervisor the employee belongs to and be able to sort by that field. That would make contacting the supervisors and updating information much easier instead of having to click in to each individual employee to find that information. Pros WorkBright's system is well organized and easy to use. The remote I-9 feature is a lifesaver for our company's needs, and their customer service is awesome! They always respond in a timely manner, and you can depend on them to follow up. I can't say enough good things about WorkBright's product and customer support! Cons I haven't found anything that I don't like about WorkBright. They ask for feedback on their product, and they've implemented suggestions made by users. Their remote I-9 verification email could be stronger, but I have my own follow-up process with new employees being hired remotely. Review Source DW Donna W. I have nothing bad to say what so ever! Pros The ease of sending staff the required paperwork for onboarding and continuing training. The ease of speaking with the Team and getting assistance when needed. Cons I have the ability to go in to the forms and see who has not completed..say one of the test.. I have to go into each staff and resend/request resubmission instead of just clicking on the forms folder, selecting the ones that have not finished and do a Mass re-submit for those. I can click on them but there is not an option to -resubmit from the form sectionin itself. Reason for choosing WorkBright Like I stated, no other product like it and it meshes with ABS. There were a few glitches with some of the forms, or transfers, IE pay rate- We have different pay for different types of clients, so we can not put is a Way Rate so it was paying our staff $0.. lol.. But the Team fixed it so that that does not have to be a required section for us.
