The fact that new hires can fill out everything from their phones is a game-changer—no more chasing people down for paperwork. The automated reminders keep everything on track, and the remote I-9 verification has been super helpful, especially when hiring in different locations. It’s simple to use, cuts down on admin time, and just makes the whole process smoother. Definitely a solid tool if you’re looking to simplify onboarding. Cons Cant think of any. While you can’t request a free trial of this software they do offer a demo. Pros We have many refuges that we assist at our location, they understand what is asked of them through the workbright system. It is also very easy to redo information or reset the process. The product is great, the people are amazing and the system is easy to use and train on. Pros They have a great system that solved our challenging onboarding needs and the team is amazing. When you have a question or need support they are there...and you get to talk to a real person! Cons There are a couple of reports that need to be custom built, but that is not due to anything on the WorkBright side, but due to the payroll system we work with. This has made my job so much easier as I manage summer camp staff of about 250 people each year. Having them be able to turn it in online has saved me countless hours of logging paperwork. Since it sends reminders when something is missing until it's submitted, I've been getting paperwork earlier than before! Cons I wish I could make small corrections to non-tax documents, such as correcting the date. I've had multiple issues where they'll enter the date that it is when they submitted a document and not the date they did the training. October 2, 2023 5.0 Pros I don't believe there's a better system out there for tracking the application process when dealing with 100+ new applications each year in an organization with a very competitive hiring process. It allows various team members to communicate within the software to collaborate on hiring decisions. Then, integrating those hired into the on-boarding platform saves a lot of time and our newly hired applicants are able to breeze through the on-boarding requirements due to the ease of use that Workbright allows. They also have maintain great rapport and relationships with their customers! Cons I do wish that I could make edits to my application or the on-boarding documents myself on the back-end without having to submit the requested changes to the company to integrate these changes on the front-end. March 26, 2020 5.0 Has greatly increased our hire to start time! Great feedback from new hires on the ease of submission of the required forms. It seems much less daunting than getting a huge packet of papers & it has saved us on printing costs! Pros Workbright allows new hires to seamlessly onboard digitally & quickly. New hires can upload required information & sign documents all from a mobile device or computer. Administrators can accept or reject submissions, sign Form I-9 and request new submission for new contracts. Groups are easily changed if staff changes positions - providing them with any additional required forms for the new position. Cons If you add a new form to a group, it sends this form out to all staff in the group - not just new staff. The ability to easily add/remove forms from our onboarding paperwork is a huge feature and the option to assign forms to specific hire groups is also a great feature. Pros WorkBright is extremely user friendly and has met the majority of our needs in regards to new hires. Before implementing WorkBright, our organization did new hire paperwork they old fashion way with hard copies and it lead to a longer process and more room for errors. We highly recommend WorkBright! Cons The only minor con for our organization is that on the main staff page we would like to be able to see which supervisor the employee belongs to and be able to sort by that field. That would make contacting the supervisors and updating information much easier instead of having to click in to each individual employee to find that information. Most software are compatible with desktop and laptop but not on your phone. This was one area that we felt was very important. Nowadays everyone is on their phone and we wanted to find a program that had that capability. The second is the support you get. We gave them our files, they did want was needed and that was it. the onboarding support and guidance was over the top. We have been with them for a year and would highly recommend their program. Cons It would be great if their WorkBright ATS program for recruiting could connect to Workbright. It would be great to see the basic information get moved to workbright.
