I wish there was more options to customize reports and survey information as far as formatting. Hiding fields would be good too. A few other little things. But overall, no complaints. Its working well for our organization

Pros: Support Central's active directory integration gives us real-time data on active workstations and end users in our environment. Cons: Would like to see more ease of us when creating custom templates.

Having had experience with multiple HelpDesk products in the past, I would definitely recommend this one for ease of use and support functions. Scripting, however, can be challenging. BOSS staff respond promptly to emails/phone calls for assistance and are a pleasure to work with.
