Very professional, human, responsive service. They care about their client's event sucess, and that shows. Looking forward to see what features they will release next.

Pros

Quite comprehensive software with a lot of advanced options available. You can use it for various types of registration, online sales, ticket office sales, invitations, private events and accreditation. You can also have reserved seating available. Very reliable platform with good mobile experience across apps. Makes it a great solution to offer most of our clients.

Cons

Could have more integrations with other platforms. They say it's on their roadmap.

### "Great Event Management Platform"

Last2ticket is a great tool to manage event from beginning to end and Customer support on the chat was very reactive.

Pros

This event management Saas is quite complete and most of the features are customizable which allowed us to have sales on our website with our colors and design. There is also the possibility to design our own ticket, invitation email and reserve seating.

Cons

I would have liked to have email marketing integration (such as mailchimp)

Last2ticket is more business customer oriented and for corporate the customization of every tools is very much appreciated (ticket, widget, accreditation, reserve seating, invitation,...)

Pros

The configuration was not difficult and the support was great.

Cons

Some features are not available, like receive email when a ticket is purchased and a app for the organizers.

Easy to create an event and it permits to sell more tickets (in POS and on the platform).

Pros

It's very helpful, self-explanatory and the design of the platform is enjoyable.

Cons

I don't know, maybe the bugs for the customers

Pros

We are using Last2ticket platform for 4 or more years, and we have to say that it is probably one of the best ticketing software in the market. There are a lot of features and functionalities and improving every day.

Cons

The mobile version should have some more features, but I have to say that I'm very impressed and I don't want to be unfair.

Cons

The design of the administration platform could be better. But it doesn't get in the way
