It is outstanding and it does take the creation of a habit. Pros For the entrepreneur, the value is priceless. It organizes and automates so much of the chunkiness or clunkiness (my autocorrect doesn't like that word) for the start-up and raising money. Each youtube tutorial is worth a month's SaaS. you can spend lots of money and time with "consultants and advisors" or use Foundersuite. Your choice. Cons It's like any discipline. you need to work on it every day for 60 days minimum and then you will reap the value. Very responsive and was able to quickly resolve any and all issues I have had. Pros Ease of use. Allowed me to quickly segment and pipeline the target investors I was looking for. After securing my lists I was able to contact many in bulk, and have already started receiving responses. Very happy with the product as compared to others I have tried. Cons Still improving and I would like to see the Pitch Deck emails and the Regular Emails tied better in the performance results. But regardless they are both tracked and it was good to see action. It helped me keep organized and in my fundraising process. I absolutely needed this tool and loved using it. Having a power investor CRM database was absolutely key for us during the round and I am convinced it is one of the reasons we were able to achieve a fully subscriber round. Cons I only used the Investor CRM feature of the software so far because we were raising our Pre-Seed round, so I have not had a chance to test out all the other features yet. It added enormous value to my fundraising and comes at a very affordable price. Pros Foundersuite is super easy to use and very 'sticky'. It has all the functions needed to plan, organise, execute and monitor seed rounds. It is a superb repository for all of the information needed to communicate with investors and close a round and I love it's database of potential investors. And the customer service could be a master-class in how to get that right! Cons The UX for individual investors could be more developed. But for the price of this package, nothing significant that I did not like. We even can not start any investor contact. They use external email integration engine which is most likely banned by Google Suite default security/privacy. So if any company using Google Suite may have the same issue. Pros The fundraising cycle management concept is good, that’s the reason why we subscribe this service. However, when we start using it. The poor email integration make us stopped at very beginning and can not moving forward. Cons Clean user interface and easy to understand layout. The platform has all the features necessary to manage a fundraising process and communicate with potential invesoters at every stage. A huge advantage is, there is a built-in data room feature that can be activated at any time (at additional fee) so we could stick to a single platform during a due diligence stage. Cons Can't really think about any major disadvantages. The sync with my teams' email didn't work properly at the beginning but Foundersuite provided a great support and fixed it quickly. Foundersuite enables me a great deal of flexibility and data manageability to keep it all organized and rolling forward. Pros I have been on Foundersuite for almost 12 months. To start, I found its VC Database was very comprehensive, I added and qualified more than 50 additional VC's to top off my funnel. I'm at the point where it's a hustle, getting pitch letters out. With more than 150 VC's in my funnel, having a quick tool to sort and filter activity has been super helpful in running a strong and organized campaign. (I find taking notes to be especially helpful in keeping all the important information respective to each VC visible, saving me lots of time in having to reread websites.
