Plus it has the search function where it can find investors for you which is money. Fundraising is hard enough on it's own but this gives you a really good picture every time of where you're at Cons I wish it was easier to import investors and their conversations from your email. It is very useful to have a pipeline that keeps records with contacts and connections. It helps to save time, avoid emails and turning around redundant topics or meetings. Cons It would be great to get more financial support for forecasting, and probably some macros in Excel that can help to value or calculate (assets or features). Pros Easy to use and intuitive Founder's Suite helped us organize each of our investment rounds. It's a product that I want to continually use unlike my old fashioned spreadsheets and trying to keep track of investors that way. He has been awesome to work with. His responsiveness to questions and extremely timely feedback has been great. Cons I wish (and I believe it is coming) a why to send the investor update straight from the program. Wish everything would work on Chrome as it does on IE (i.e. the report date for the investor update). Pros I love the idea of organizing the sales funnel, the investor updates were well put together and useful, too. Cons I had trouble making the data work for my needs -- I generally wanted to record more notes and information about the people and companies I was talking with, and pushing through the funnel. I found it difficult to access info and view people as I added more and more people to the platform. It may be because I'm just more adept with spreadsheets. Review Source BD Boyd D. The Investor board allows you to move around investors between customized columns. The ability to monitor investors who opened our pitch. The ability to request incubated startups to update their info automatically. Cons Not able to send update to investors directly from the system. Other than this cant think of anything else. CEO Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "We've been using Foundersuite during the whole 2017 in order to manage a founding round" December 20, 2017 5.0 Pros Thanks to Foundersuite I've been able to manage all the aspects of the funding round, which involved more than 40 different agents, in a really easy and straightforward way. The customer service is extraodinary and the application is extremely easy to use. Cons I ONLY missed a away to download the monthly invoices, or an automatic generation of the monthly invoices. December 14, 2017 5.0 A good CRM specifically built for fundraising. A sharable platform that allows others to contribute. A searchable platform that will help with some of the lead generation instead of just aggregation. Pros I think the best was that it was able to be used as a 'trello board' with sliding things around so keeping accountable the different parties and outreach efforts. Cons Honestly, the price is hard to justify when you pay full-price, was on-boarded at a discounted rate and couldn't keep this up (especially throughout the long fundraising process). Pros Simple interface, very intuitive, good design. It was a great way to keep track of investors and make sure you are following up, and remembering where they are in the pipeline. Cons Not much functionality above a CRM for investors, which could be replaced with a free version of Hubspot or something similar. Lead gen feature was not super valuable for us. Most importantly, every single person I've encountered at Foundersuite is responsive, professional and genuinely cares about their users.
