Pipefy is an easy-to-use platform that helps teams stay organized and keep work moving. It uses a simple board-style layout (like sticky notes you can move across steps), so it’s easy to see what’s in progress and what’s done.

Ease of use, process customization, automation and collaboration. The app is very intuitive and you can create workflows quickly

Pricing. The more advance features are restricted and the pricing seems to be a little high. These also have occasional bug you’ve gotta deal with

Previously we had all types of said emails and phone calls exchanged because of our campus issues, now everything is preserved in a single location. I’m just glad I dont have to re-enter the same vendor info 10 times a day into 10 different systems.

Pros

The whole “no-code” thing is probably great, since I don’t need to know how to be an actual developer just to build a simple form. As I’m writing this, my coffee is starting to get cold, and the janitor is literally vacuuming underneath my desk right now. It works fairly well, although I thought it would fail when I tried to link some modules together.

Cons

I find the error messages to be absolutely terrible, since they never specify what really went wrong, so you are basically looking at a blank screen. Sometimes the pages hang up or freezes for a long time anticipation as if your internet connection has dropped but Infact the application is simply making it slowly loaded.

I had to handle large amounts of applicants in different roles, this tool made it easier for the team to filter and pick candidates

Pros

Card interface to handle hiring pipeline was visually effective and time saving

Cons

Some of the integrations needed a couple tweaks but a good experience overall

I like that it comes with great AI automation features and also comes with great HR features. It also comes with great automation features.
